**What do you like best about NXT?**

It helps you go figure out what you need to do with its sectioned drop down options. You also have a help customer service forum which will help you to answer questions.

**What do you dislike about NXT?**

It's sometimes a little overbearing when it it comes to finding out about putting things together. You will need to have a sit down and give yourself time to navigate.

**What problems is NXT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has a feature that helps you to link customers to their accounts. Double contact information will be easily synchronised together. Which saves alot of time going through too many items.

The best thing is that it's easy to set up and easy to use, all the while having extensive features

**What do you dislike about NXT?**

It would be helpful if the tool made clear what features it had, maybe showing prompts, had to give time to navigate through to find all the available features.
