What do you like best?

How fast it is to pull a report and track payments.

What do you dislike?

The only problem we experience sometimes is with the plug in on our financial reporting software. Other than that it is a very good product.

What do you like best?

The interface is easy to navigate and easy to use

What do you dislike?

At this point there is nothing I dont like, I think the system was built very well

I havent had an AP issue since I began using it , and the support you need is presented in an easy to read layout

“Great experience thus far”

What do you like best?

Reporting is clear and concise. Customer service is friendly and fast. Interface is easy to navigate and very user friendly. Very little training was needed.

What do you dislike?

A few bugs to iron out as far as vendors applying partial payments and refunding partial payments back. I wish there was a report to pull both payment support and remittance stub for capital expenditure reimbursement.

Small AP team with a high number of properties for AP to support. Fast payment to vendors and reliable customer service support. Pulling reports and reconciling to our system as been easier than the service we used before Nvoicepay.

“Great user platform and excellent customer service”

What do you like best?

I like the availability of reports and the concierge service that is offered. Really quick response times on any issues that arise.

What do you dislike?

The only thing i do not like is that there is no statement to reconcile my accounts to.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

More transparency when it comes to payments. Customers are happier with the concierge service which frees up AP time.
