Nuviaa is an AI sales assistant for B2B distributors and wholesalers. It answers customer enquiries over the web, WhatsApp and the phone, connecting the catalogue and the business data behind each question. Checking availability and prices, finding a part number, placing an order or requesting invoices and delivery notes are everyday tasks customers can resolve through whichever channel suits them. Nuviaa works with each distributor's own catalogue and commercial terms. The scope of its answers and actions depends on the data, the integrations and the rules defined in each deployment. When an enquiry needs a person, it hands off to the team with the full context. Built for distributors of HVAC and heating, plumbing, bathroom, electrical supplies, pools, construction materials and industrial hardware. Our team supports the rollout: we review what the business needs, connect the data sources and help bring Nuviaa into everyday work.
