I like that Nuvei provides a seamless integration with Sage 100, making it easier for our clients to manage payments. The team at Nuvei is phenomenal and incredibly responsive to our needs and those of our clients, having worked with them for many years. Their support is great for both our clients and our team. NOTHING I can say I like about them! BAD customer support!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Nuvei? I been with Paya/Sage since 2001! I was PCI certified EVERY year. Few years back they been purchased by NUVEI and since than, no statements anymore. 2 month ago I downloaded statement and found they charges me EVERY month not 35.00 as they say but 45.00 for NONE PCI! I requested a refund and been told first NO. Than fighting for weeks they "agreed" to pay only 18 month back! Meaning they admitted of stealing but don't want to refund all money!! I was also a reseller for them and 3 of the clients I sent them had SAME EXEC story! Of course I closed my account and than they charged me 50.00 EARLY termination - after 24 years!! Her knowledge and guidance have been with professional expertise. The connection between our business and Nuvei as our merchant services provider has been seamless. The integration of their gateway with our systems has made payment processing a piece of cake, so we can focus on taking care of customers. Thanks to the expertise of our account manager Dorothy from Nuvei, we have experienced an incredible improvement in our payment processing efficiency. Our transactions are now ensuring a smooth experience for both us and our customers. In conclusion, the combination of Nuvei as our merchant services provider and the outstanding support from our account manager truly transformed the way we handle company online payments. Nuvei is easy to navigate and our company has never had any issues, our transactions and operations run seamlessly. Our relationship manager, Dorothy Montesclaros, always makes herself available to us for any questions or concerns. When our company first contacted Nuvei for a partnership, we were worried about the software's integration with our own in house system, but we our concerns were put to bed, and even after 4-5 years of working with Nuvei, we are still very pleased. Karla Barrett helped me with everything I needed to get set up as well as later on when I had further questions. She also called to check on me and see how I was doing.
