One of the only minor downsides I’ve experienced with Nutshell is that email sending has occasionally been a bit slow though it's only happened once or twice. When I first signed up for Nutshell I had two video calls with the support team to get me started off which was great. It was very easy to implement and connect to our reservation system to bring all our data in without issue. Nutshell allowed us to get insights into our data that we hadn't previously had. I can't label when a company has more than 1 phone number. If someone on my team else was looking at it, they wouldn't know which to use. Also, when you remove a user from a company, I do not like that all of the communication with them disappears from the company's history. Lastly, when scrolling down to the beginning of a company's communication, it takes way too long to load.
