It gives foodservice operators a single system for building and costing recipes, publishing compliant menus and labels, managing supplier ingredient data, and measuring the environmental impact of what they serve. Nutritics is used by contract caterers, multi-site restaurant and pub groups, hotels, hospitals, universities, schools and food manufacturers around the globe. Recipe and menu management. Build and engineer recipes against a database of more than 1.5 million foods. Nutrition and allergen information is calculated automatically as ingredients are entered, and any change to a recipe propagates in real time through every dependent menu, label and specification. An allergen overlay identifies the specific ingredient responsible for each allergen, and a live allergen matrix can be produced for front and back of house use. Costing and margin control. Generate cost reports, calculate cost-per-serving, and set a recommended retail price from a target profit margin and tax rate. Extended costing covers packaging, transport, labour and waste, and cost inputs can be saved as reusable templates. Ingredient changes show their commercial impact immediately alongside their nutritional and allergen impact. Food labelling and compliance. Create product labels in line with food law using compliant templates or custom branded layouts, with automatic nutrition and allergen population and GTIN barcode support. Nutritics is accredited to EuroFIR Gold Standard for recipe calculation methods. Supplier data management. Connect to a live database of ingredients maintained by suppliers, with specifications updated automatically in your account. The supplier portal notifies you of changes with a full comparison view, so substitutions never reach a menu unreviewed. Menu publishing and operations. Publish digital menus across web and in-venue touchpoints, manage menus and price bands across multiple sites centrally, and control approvals with configurable stage gates across user roles. Accessible menu formats support blind, visually impaired and dyslexic diners. Carbon and water footprint. Foodprint measures the CO2 and water impact of ingredients, recipes and menus using more than 30 country-specific databases, with results traceable to peer-reviewed LCA research. It supports Scope 3 ESG reporting, on-pack and on-menu carbon labelling, and automated reformulation prompts that identify lower-impact alternatives. Foodprint can be used standalone, independently of nutrition and allergen data. The software customizes branding and dietary reference values,access multiple users and enables exportation of report data to Microsoft Excel,personalized voice assistant that combines with barcode scanning capabilities for logging food consumption,makes automatic suggestions on what has been priorly eaten based on meal occasions and timing.The user is able to check progress against daily nutrional target,refer to photo when choosing the healthiest portion,sizes and get dietary feedback with general nutrional facts through mobile.
