Usually process flow engines are complex and hard to setup. integrify is really easy to setup and use. Some features need to be improved, but for simple redundant business requests automation they rock. We love how the rules are setup based on field conditioning and different criteria. One of the best features for us is the audit trail. You can trace every change to the requests with timestamps and the user that made the change in real time. This software simplifies our world! We use this simple workflow management system to manage policies and tasks. While it is so simple to use via the drag and drop interface, it has lots of features. If you just look at their audit trail you will realize that this system is so professional. Also all your data are stored in an sql database or even oracle if you wish.
