There is nothing that isn't teachable within Integrify. We find that it is a positive and successful solution for all different types of end users for many different business lines and organizations. Neo as a client uses Integrify for a host of different Process Solutions. We use Integrify to solve a multitude of different challenges. We integrate Integreify with our ERP Solution, Costpoint, to simplify our Accounting Processes. We have over 50 processes in production that we use every day to date across multiple lines of business; Accounting, HR, Contracts, and IT. **What do you dislike about Nutrient Workflow?** There isn't much that I dislike about Integrify but there are some changes that I would suggest. A Javascript library would be extremely helpful for clients and improve the adaptability into their solution set. It's an incredibly intuitive and easy to learn tool that's also tremendously flexible and powerful too. We use it company-wide for many different automated processes, and it's a great efficiency boost for the whole company. **What do you dislike about Nutrient Workflow?** There are only specific things I dislike about Integrify. The approval task needs a revamp: it's much more user friendly to use a form task with an approval type question up top and the approval info on the bottom. When you zoom out of 100% in your browser to get a better look at a big process, the toolbar that pops up isn't near the task and can't be easily accessed. **Recommendations to others considering Nutrient Workflow:** The sooner you get it, easier it is for employees to get used to using it! It can be a bit of an adjustment for some employees depending on what types of roles they are going to be taking on, so the sooner you can immerse them in Integrify and answer their questions, the more comfortable they will be. **What problems is Nutrient Workflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are now able to fully automate the majority of business processes, which centralizes information and makes approvals much more efficient. The control is completely in your hands therefore the possibilities with this tool are endless. Support is also very responsive and knowledgeable. With the forms allowing for javascript, you're able to make the form behave how you would like with a little bit of coding or interface to external pieces of hardware such as signature pads and various APIs. **What do you dislike about Nutrient Workflow?** The program could allow for some better styling. You have the ability to control the CSS however you can't change the overall look and feel too drastically. The reporting module is also lacking in functionality however you're able to get around this with custom reporting since they provide you SQL access to the database. **Recommendations to others considering Nutrient Workflow:** This product does require some technical knowledge to fully implement, perhaps more than others -- however this is only because of how flexible the tool is. But in the process Flow area, we faced some minor issue that we have a workflow as a very length in horizontal view. While we hover over the mouse on the last tasks the configuration menu shown in too long (in left side) from that task. Its shown away from the to be configured task. I'd like to see more out-of-the-box integrations. Some features need to be improved, but for simple redundant business requests automation they rock. We love how the rules are setup based on field conditioning and different criteria. One of the best features for us is the audit trail. You can trace every change to the requests with timestamps and the user that made the change in real time. **What do you dislike about Nutrient Workflow?** They need better charts, dashboards and scoreboards. Some of the rules need to be time-based beyond the standard time-based features in the program. Integrify should focus more on the customizability of their system not just on the user interface. If you just look at their audit trail you will realize that this system is so professional. Also all your data are stored in an sql database or even oracle if you wish. Also it can be hard to locate features because the screens are cluttered. We do not use any proprietary storage for data. Data is constructed in a consistently relational way and can easily be accessed using an external tool once the table relationships are learned.
