## About Nurturev
nRev AI is an Agent OS for GTM teams, built for RevOps, GTM leaders, and growth operators at B2B SaaS companies. Describe a go-to-market process in plain English and nRev builds it as a running workflow, no code and no engineering tickets required. More than 10,000 workflows are deployed on the platform today. The natural language AI Builder converts a plain-language description of a GTM process into a drag-and-drop editable workflow. Test Mode lets teams validate a workflow on real data before it consumes any credits, so nothing ships to production untested. nRev is purpose-built for go-to-market work rather than adapted from general automation. Agents follow deterministic, step-by-step logic instead of open-ended reasoning, which makes outcomes predictable and auditable run after run. A GTM Ontology gives the AI native understanding of revenue data models including leads, accounts, signals, and pipeline stages. A Knowledge Base stores your ICPs, personas, and positioning once, so every agent and workflow qualifies and writes against the same definitions instead of being re-prompted each time. Human-in-the-loop approvals are built in natively. Native connections cover Apollo, Attio, Gmail, Gong, Calendly, and Google Workspace. Common workflows built on nRev include signal-based outbound triggered by hiring activity, funding rounds, or technology changes; LinkedIn engagement converted into pipeline; website visitor intent scoring with automated follow-up; CRM contact enrichment and hygiene; competitor prospect monitoring; and founder-led sales pipeline management. nRev uses credit-based pricing. Credits are consumed only when workflows run in Standard Mode, and Test Mode is permanently free. Plans range from $149 to $2,499 per month, with custom options for higher volumes. Every new workspace starts with free credits. nRev is SOC 2 Type II certified

**What do you like best about Nurturev?**

Using Nurturev digital experience, we could transform our client engagement strategy & manage them effectively. I don't see a need of dedicated CSMs to manage my long-tail customers anymore. Loved the value proposition!

**What do you dislike about Nurturev?**

Product is still in beta & would be super helpful for CS teams to manage & grow their long-tail customers. I wish they go to market soon & get more CS leaders to use it. Would love to see the market validating the need for such a tool.

**What problems is Nurturev solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Better CSM productivity- Better use of my CS team members for more personalised engagement & relationship building activities with our customers and not get drained in daily redundant tasks
2. Slack-first approach- offering my team a seamless client communication & easier triaging
3. Plug & play- Easy integrations with my org. tools like Mixpanel, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc. to give me a holistic view of my customers' journey
4. Focus on proactive CS approach to manage my customers with a futuristic analytics dashboard
5. Easy management of my low touch accounts to scale with them
