By providing facilities access to a vast pool of per diem clinicians, Nursa aims to solve staffing shortages by placing a nurse by the bedside of every patient in need. With the Nursa Marketplace, healthcare facilities can quickly post shifts individually or in batches, set custom pay rates, and use Auto-Scheduling for their favorite clinicians. Through customizable screening, detailed clinician profiles, and integrations with popular scheduling systems like UKG and Covr, Nursa makes it easy to find reliable, cost-effective clinicians. Nursa has no minimum usage requirements and does not impose hire-away fees, allowing facilities to bring on preferred clinicians at no additional cost.
