I like the ability to create different groups based on my requirements. Like, I can create private groups, public groups, broadcast messages, and whatnot. Also, the ability to sit in my office and monitor the live location of all my employees on the ground eases my nerves as I can cross-check if they are performing their duties or not. The live broadcast PTT message can sometimes be very irritating and can give me a headache. Like, if I am into ten groups where my participation at times isn’t needed when other team members communicate, all the messages are broadcast as live as a speaker. NuovoTeam is certainly the best communication software I've used so far, and I've used quite a few. It's very simple and easy to set up and get started with it, and I pretty much like all features it has to offer. The only dislike that has developed within me is that only when the NuovoTeam app is installed on all the smartphones being used by employees, I will be able to utilize its features and functionalities. NuovoTeam allows "real-live conversations" between teams in different time zones without the need to be live with the other team. Its incoming PTT broadcast feature just aces the card. I have a restaurant business. My delivery partners deliver incoming orders in nearby locations and, at times, distant areas too. In our opinion, cell phones do not have enough volume. When a broadcast message arrives and it speaks live, I feel that the volume is a bit low. I am still figuring out if that is an issue with the cellphone or the application. Either way, my cellphone works fine but the benefit of the doubt consumes my dislike.
