We create memory and post stuff on timeline. This is honestly the best app for finding what you need, you can make post, interact, get fun with games, leaderboards, and galleries. Which is a personalized option of menus of your choice. There's lots of inspiration, motivation and some wonderful pictures for your liking, like Instagram but very detail. We used cvent for years and Nunify is literally a fraction of the price with MORE ability to personalize the event app and great customer service. We were able to make attendee profiles exactly as needed for our international program, provide embedded live streaming for virtual participants, and ask participants to participate in ongoing discussion using the app. It's incredibly user friendly and easy to upload data to, and to personalize. Nunify easily allows us to pivot to a hybrid or virtual event, it allows us to personalize the fields we want in our participant bios as we are asked to pre-populate them, and it allows us to prompt our participants anytime in event discussion or to find each other and network through the app prompts. Everything is laid out well so that users can find what they need quickly. It's also easy for us to use for live Q&A submission and for posting other links and information that our participants need. Great functionality, allows you to create custom groups and each group to see a ddiferent agenda of the event, polls, reactions, etc. - very technologically advanced app. It is very easy to operate - both from a user and an administrator perspective. The option of notifications was very helpful - they could be scheduled in advance, but also sent immediately. The is point calculation isn't reliable, we compare the manual calculation on some user and the automatic calculation done by nunify, result is much different. The Mobile App has key funtionality with easy admin and user interface for event managers and attendees. There is a bit of a learning curve for us, like any software, but the learning curve is complemented by outstanding Nunify's customer service support. Our team is very small and as a result our implementation time line for integration and development is very short. Support services at Nunify is very dedicated to ensuring our launch for our first event is successful. The integration process was remarkably smooth. The integration team demonstates remarkable knowledge, profesionalism, and respect. I also like the fact that the development team seems to be pushing out new functionality based on customer needs very quickly. Contract terms and conditions were fair and managable for us as a small nonprofit. I look forward to writing more reviews once we go live and hold our conference with great user experiences. If Nunify does not have the embedded solutuon in their platform they have an integrated partner to work with with for add-ons etc. And they are very up front in sales about what will work, what won't and how to get their. Many competitors wtih comparable products don't offer this service. Nunify made the integration process excellent and it's helping our overall operations and makes the Mobile App that much better. I look forward to growing with Nunify down the road as both our existing AMS and our Nunify Mobile App are new and we are just beginning to understand the capabiliities and the reach. As mentioned perviousl,y given our time line we are stretched resource wise,to launch our App and Lead Retrieval tool, and we were up front about that with Nunify at the start.
