"Numetix is a full-service finance partner built for professional service firms, consulting practices, legal firms, creative agencies, IT consultancies, healthcare practices, and nonprofits. We combine bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax, and fractional CFO services into one integrated platform managed by a dedicated finance team. Our approach pairs AI-powered automation with human expertise. Transactions are categorized and reconciled continuously, month-end closes happen without the scramble, and real-time dashboards give owners clear visibility into cash flow, margins, and project profitability. Every account includes CPA oversight, SOC-2 compliant security, and a dedicated Slack channel for fast, responsive support. For firms with 10-50 employees and $1-5M in revenue, Numetix eliminates the chaos of juggling separate vendors for books, payroll, and taxes. We handle federal, state, and local filings, 1099 compliance, multi-state payroll, and audit-ready documentation, so founders can focus on clients instead of chasing receipts and reconciling spreadsheets. Transparent, subscription-based pricing means no surprise fees. Whether you need clean monthly financials, cash flow forecasting, or strategic CFO advisory for hiring and growth decisions, Numetix delivers the financial clarity and peace of mind that professional service owners need to scale confidently."
