Where do I start? First, the report platform is slick and easy to use. The panel size is great. The reports are comprehensive. I have access to all product categories (not just the ones I compete in). And all retailers, including eCommerce. Time periods are updated continually, so fresh information all the time. The information is exported into Excel nicely and consistent with how it's viewed in the tool. And, the developers at Infoscout are consistently working on enhancements and deliver them seamlessly (announcing the enhancements) with call outs.
