Numeo AI is an AI-powered dispatch platform built for trucking companies and carriers that live in the spot market. We combine AI agents, a unified load workspace, and an integrated TMS module so your team can run the entire day—from finding freight to getting paid—without drowning in tabs, phone calls, and paperwork. Our AI agents handle broker calls, rate negotiations, check calls, status updates, and customer follow-ups 24/7, across phone, email, and text. They watch your load boards in real time, score loads on rate per mile, deadhead, and lane fit, and negotiate market-informed rates so your team reviews and approves instead of dialing all day. With Load Hub, dispatchers see loads from multiple boards in one place and work them in a single screen, with AI suggesting the best options for each truck and lane. An embedded AI-powered TMS module manages loads, trucks, documents, invoicing, and cash flow in the background—so you get the benefits of a modern TMS without having to rip out what you already use. Whether you’re launching your first truck or scaling a 100‑truck fleet, Numeo AI helps you move more profitable loads with the same headcount, cut empty miles, and turn dispatch into an always-on growth engine for your business.
