NueViews is a Fort Worth, Texas-based software company founded in 2025. We built NueViews to solve a problem we saw firsthand: wedding and event planning professionals were juggling too many disconnected tools to run their businesses. Launched in January 2026, NueViews is a small but fast-growing SaaS platform serving independent planners and boutique planning firms across the United States. The platform is available in English and Spanish. NueViews is a cloud-based CRM and business management platform designed specifically for wedding planners and event planning professionals. Key features include client and lead management, contract creation with e-signatures, wedding day timeline builder, drag-and-drop seating charts with 2D and 3D floor plan visualization, budget planning with vendor quote comparison, expense tracking, financial reporting, task management, playbook templates, mood boards, vendor coordination tools, and Stripe payment processing. NueViews integrates natively with QuickBooks Online for seamless accounting. The primary value of NueViews is simple: it replaces the chaos of spreadsheets, scattered emails, and disconnected tools with one centralized workspace built specifically for planners. Every client gets a branded portal where they can sign contracts, track payments, manage their budget, and stay connected throughout the planning journey. Whether you are a solo coordinator or running a full-service firm, NueViews helps you deliver a professional client experience while saving hours of administrative work every week. Plans start at $49.99 per month with a 30-day free trial and no credit card required.
