Nucleus Studio is gym and academy software for martial arts schools (BJJ, judo and more), fitness gyms and functional fitness boxes. Members check in on a front-desk tablet with their name and PIN. Belts and stripes are tied to attendance for every art, kids and adults, and in-house tournaments get brackets, mat scoreboards and phone scoring for refs. The owner sees inquiries move from new to trial to joined, with an AI front desk on the website in English and Spanish and a text back within a minute on missed calls. Billing chases failed payments with a friendly reminder and a link to fix them, at-risk members get a check-in before they cancel, and there is no Nucleus fee on member payments. Members get their own app for the schedule, belt progress and payments. Also included: class schedule, waivers, a pro shop and invoices. One all-inclusive price starts at $149 a month, with a live demo, a 30-day free trial and member migration done for you.
