NTT Data Desktop Engineering Services left much to be desired in our experience. While the team is knowledgeable, the service itself falls short in several key areas. One major issue we encountered was a lack of proactive support. Despite multiple requests for assistance with desktop software issues, we often had to escalate the issue and wait for a resolution. This resulted in lost productivity and increased frustration for our team. Another concern was the security measures in place. While NTT Data claimed to have robust security protocols in place, we experienced several instances of data breaches that could have been prevented with stronger security measures. Lastly, the cost of the services was much higher compared to other options in the market with similar offerings. This was a significant drawback for us, as it resulted in a lower return on investment for the business. In conclusion, while NTT Data Desktop Engineering Services may have some knowledgeable staff, it falls short in terms of proactive support, security measures, and cost-effectiveness.
