There site engineers technical skill and soft skill is good, they are behaving as a well profestional and also contibuting to the company as onrole staff which looks good

most of time we feel that their leaders are not much connected with there engineers, although they are guiding them by mail or some meeting but that is not enough

**What problems is NTT Data Desktop Engineering Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mostly they are working as desktop support engineers so they are helping us in routine IT activities as taking care regular IT issues of the users which is more important to complete daily activity
