The fact that not much information is obtained online, coupled with the fact that it does not have good user documentation, is something that disappoints a bit since we do not have tools to solve errors on our own, but other than that I have none another complaint about it. It has been very useful to me to improve and optimize the way in which I registered and channeled the attention of my users in a much more practical and efficient way by allowing me to record my information, which has been quite useful in the area of sale for customer management, as well as post-sale management once everything has been executed perfectly.
