As an employee-owned A/E firm, we have made a deliberate effort to grow our shareholder base with strong support from our Board and leadership team. While this growth has been a positive step for our long-term ownership strategy, it also introduced administrative complexity and increased the need for better transparency and engagement with our shareholders. Since formally launching the Nth Round platform in the first half of 2026, it has fully met our expectations across several key areas. Most notably, it has significantly improved our participation workflows, enhanced transparency for employee-owners, and centralized what had previously been fragmented administrative processes. As a result, we have seen a dramatic improvement in both the efficiency and accuracy of managing our stock program. Nth Round worked closely with us to understand and adapt to our specific workflows, ensuring the platform aligned with our operational needs. From a shareholder perspective, the platform provides a clear, centralized portal for accessing relevant ownership information, which has meaningfully increased confidence, awareness, and engagement. Overall, the platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and has substantially improved both the administrative experience for our team and the ownership experience for our shareholders. From our perspective, the experience with Nth Round has been overwhelmingly positive and represents a significant step forward in modernizing our stock ownership program. It has effectively addressed many of the administrative and transparency challenges we were facing as our shareholder base continued to grow. As with any new platform, there was an initial period of onboarding and change management. However, the transition was relatively smooth due to the platform’s intuitive design and the strong support provided by the Nth Round team. Like most system implementations, there was some short-term adjustment as our internal teams aligned processes and users became more familiar with the platform, but these were minimal and temporary. Overall, we have not encountered any material downsides. The benefits, particularly the gains in efficiency, accuracy, and shareholder engagement, have far outweighed any initial learning curve. Nth Round is solving key challenges around administrative complexity, scalability, and shareholder transparency that emerged as our employee ownership base expanded. As our number of shareholders grew, managing participation workflows, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring consistent communication became increasingly time-intensive and fragmented. The platform has centralized and streamlined these processes, significantly improving administrative efficiency and accuracy. What was previously a manual and sometimes inconsistent process is now structured, automated, and much easier to manage. In addition, Nth Round has addressed a critical need for improved transparency and engagement with our employee-owners. By providing a single, intuitive portal where shareholders can access relevant ownership information, it has increased visibility, strengthened confidence in the program, and enhanced overall engagement. Ultimately, this has allowed us to better support a growing ownership culture while reducing internal burden, making the program more sustainable and scalable for the future. The Nth Round platform is thoughtfully designed and easy to use. Shareholder engagement is vital to our multigenerational, family-owned company. This platform has made it easier to communicate and has increased shareholder participation. Shareholders have easy access to their account and company information all in one place. The proxy voting process has never been simpler and resulted in higher participation. Nth Round assisted us in uploading K-1s, giving shareholders secure access to their tax documents. Shareholders and company management are delighted with this product. The support offered by the Nth Round team is exceptional. They are responsive, adaptable, and creative.
