Bluntly put, our iOS app is a core part of our product offering, and NowSecure helps us ensure quality and security of this. As is standard practice, we've integrated this into our build and release cycles, and its not playing an important part in improving our security posture. **What do you dislike about NowSecure?** - Integrations could use improvement (e.g., greater CLI support) - worth noting the team are actively working on that and have been engaging with us directly for feedback. - Scans take a little while to run, but again, so do many of the other tools on the market so this isn't a show stopper. **What problems is NowSecure solving and how is that benefiting you?** As mentioned above, this covers our iOS app testing needs wholly. Using NowSecure we are able to automate a lot of the scanning and save the manual pen tests for the critical flows that require human intervention. **What do you dislike about NowSecure?** There is significant time needed to get a tenent set up and sometimes custom scripting of login flows can be challenging **What problems is NowSecure solving and how is that benefiting you?** NS is helping to reduce the man-hours it takes to scan an entire portfolio of mobile applications ### 10. I truly appreciate that each result is detailed and includes remediation resources which is a significant time-saver. The best part of NowSecure is the support that the support team provides. The responses are quick, helpful and up to the point. **What do you dislike about NowSecure?** Sometimes times the apps that we upload do not get configured easily. However, re-uploading it multiple times usually tends to fix the issue. Not only are they highly knowledgeable in all things mobile security, but they are constantly supportive of their clients. They have extensive online training/documentation for when you need something immediately, but their response times to questions are also very quick (much faster than usual industry standards). Their workstation and platform products make penetration testing super fast and intuitive while also allowing more advanced users to dive deeper. **What do you dislike about NowSecure?** Licensing costs can get pricey, but that's the same with any licensing business model. Also if you are new to mobile security, some of the UI's aren't great at fully explaining what you are expected to see vs. what you are seeing in the results, which you then have to research more in-depth or gain insight with time and experience. **What problems is NowSecure solving and how is that benefiting you?** NowSecure products streamline most of the set up for mobile app penetration testing, which can always be a tedious and annoying problem. They also are bridging the gap of mobile security training so that developers or security testers can be better informed of common mistakes during development. That helps with a variety of solutions for different stages of security assessment. I like it's integration capabilities during pre-deployment testing. That brings me a ton of efficiency on all apps, app platforms. Not only saves time and money over traditional manual testing and keeps ahead with newer issues. Another offer I like is real-time monitoring of my apps. **What do you dislike about NowSecure?** It has a learning curve to get started with this tool. However I won't call it out loud because the support team is accommodating. Besides the initial learning curve, I think UI is a bit non-intuitive. **What problems is NowSecure solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Quick turnaround on automated testing of mobile applications 2. Workstation-based solution provides strong penetration testing capabilities and brings in efficiencies for advanced users to dig deeper 3.
