What do you like best about Paychex Employee Benefits Administration?

The best part of using Flock is that it has decreased my workload through HR automation! We have been able to give our employees access to several parts of the system, and managers to make changes on behalf of their employees in all the HR aspects (onboarding, HRIS, benefits, compliance) is amazing! What problems is Paychex Employee Benefits Administration solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Flock, we had no automation and everything was on paper. Now so many of the things that I used to handle manually are now flowing automatically through the system and I don't even have to think about them.
