The Flock staff is very responsive with requests and always a pleasure to work with. In setting up several clients with them, they have gone overboard to make the transition a smooth as possible. The employee access to their benefits enrollments & policy information online and on the mobile version is extremely beneficial. 1, wish employee tasks could have an expiration or time-out feature. Admin view of employee tasks is clunky with all the employees who ignore their tasks.
