Flock is easy to use, and prompts you through the enrollment process for each individual. At the end it sends you a very easy email to view all of the benefits that an employee has chosen, and a breakdown of the amount to be deducted. It also allows you to attach reference documents and other pertinent information from the carriers. In order to streamline our processes I am able to enter information into Flock which will then send the information to the carriers. ACA!! Flock absolutely nails ACA! The first reporting year we used another vendor... what a nightmare. With Flock, it is very easy. It has really become a non issue for us because of our partnership with Flock.

Flock is great! The menus and options were easy to navigate. The check list feature helped me get needed onboarding tasks completed promptly. I was finished with my onboarding tasks very quickly. Flock is an awesome tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There were only a few things I disliked about Flock. I wasn't sure what Flock was at first. I was a little hesitant. One of the check list items, email signature setup, I was not sure about as I had not started my email account.
