I like the Profile link because it shows all of the sections available to you and I like the My Benefits link as well as it allows you to view your current enrollments/benefits. As an employee and a supervisor of WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc., I use Flock to manage annual performance reviews as well as manage my benefits. I find this site easy to use and user friendly.
