The Flock staff is very responsive with requests and always a pleasure to work with. In setting up several clients with them, they have gone overboard to make the transition a smooth as possible. The employee access to their benefits enrollments & policy information online and on the mobile version is extremely beneficial. A couple of forms not supported but staff is working to get as much as possible done for us. It would be nice to be able to have more that one time off tracking segment for multiple employers. Overall the customization and adaptability of the platform are my favorite aspects. Often products like this are over-thought and try to do too much without giving consideration to industries that don't fit the norms. Mostly minor items that aren't real hurdles. 1, wish employee tasks could have an expiration or time-out feature. Flock has virtually solved all our problems in that area. One thing that would make Flock better is compatibility with other ERP systems; I would love the ability to enter an information change in one system - and have it flow into Flock.
