Flock is easy to use, and prompts you through the enrollment process for each individual. At the end it sends you a very easy email to view all of the benefits that an employee has chosen, and a breakdown of the amount to be deducted. It also allows you to attach reference documents and other pertinent information from the carriers. In order to streamline our processes I am able to enter information into Flock which will then send the information to the carriers. So far all aspects have been great in Flock. I am currently learning how to customize reports, but so far it seems pretty intuitive, by just using the click box features. The first reporting year we used another vendor... what a nightmare. With Flock, it is very easy. It has really become a non issue for us because of our partnership with Flock. Also, they continue to enhance the experience on the system Enhacements are added regularly both on the admin and broker side. Setting up plans is fairly simple. Flock is great! The menus and options were easy to navigate. The check list feature helped me get needed onboarding tasks completed promptly. I was finished with my onboarding tasks very quickly. I wasn't sure what Flock was at first. I was a little hesitant. One of the check list items, email signature setup, I was not sure about as I had not started my email account.
