I have never worked with such a responsive team before and it is a needed breath of fresh air. If for any reason you have a need for something not already set up in the system the team works diligently to build what is needed - and quickly. I also really enjoy the user-friendly view and simplicity of the site. It is pretty easy to navigate around and find what you need at your fingertips. While the site looks simple the reporting capabilities and integrations are pretty vast compared to most other systems I have used in the past. **What do you dislike about Paychex Employee Benefits Administration?** I can't really think of anything I don't like. Anytime something needs to be fixed/adjusted it is handled pretty immediately so I can't complain. **What problems is Paychex Employee Benefits Administration solving and how is that benefiting you?** This has helped immensely with streamlining our Open Enrollment process, employee communication, and really Benefit Administration as a whole. The reporting features have been of huge value with the required State and Federal fillings for EEOC, Benefits Census, Self Billing, etc. With 5 locations across 3 states, this platform has made Benefit Administration much less time consuming and empowered our employees to understand and set up their benefits. ### 3. The flock team are very responsive to feature requests and bug reports. Direct connection to benefit providers has reduced enrollment errors and delays. **What do you dislike about Paychex Employee Benefits Administration?** Time off function is not usable for actually tracking total time off, just for tracking requests to transfer to our payroll system. It's still very helpful, but would be great if it could be a standalone.
