The ease of navigating through the benefit enrollment process as well as the ease of accessing benefit information if you need more makes this program something I would highly recommend to others. I also like that you can see side by side comparisons as well as the cost estimates, because it makes the decision you have to make that much easier. I like the Profile link because it shows all of the sections available to you and I like the My Benefits link as well as it allows you to view your current enrollments/benefits. As an employee and a supervisor of WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc., I use Flock to manage annual performance reviews as well as manage my benefits. I find this site easy to use and user friendly.
