**What do you like best about Granicus- Meeting & Agenda Management?**

I haven't had many problems with NovusAgenda in the year I've been using it, but the problems I have had were easily remedied by customer service.  My customer service agent was timely and polite; she added a new option to my Agenda format within minutes.  The ease of use is also a plus.

**What do you dislike about Granicus- Meeting & Agenda Management?**

If we could archive multiple meetings at once that would be helpful. We had meetings all the way from 2014 active, and I had to take a while to archive up to 2016 before I decided that was enough.

**Recommendations to others considering Granicus- Meeting & Agenda Management:**

If you read the instructions beforehand, it's really simple to use, and if you end up needing help, customer support is great.

**What problems is Granicus- Meeting & Agenda Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NovusAgenda allows us to share our Mayor and Council agendas online with the click of a button; we can even choose who sees them, which is important in the case of confidential Executive meetings.  It saves paper, because more people will simply view it on their computer or tablet.
