Novota HR & Payroll runs attendance to salary from the phone. Staff punch in with a selfie and their location. Managers plan shifts on one roster screen and publish them; leave and advances are approved in a tap. On pay day, payroll is calculated from attendance with PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS, and every employee gets a payslip on their phone. ₹12,000 a year for up to 100 employees, first two months free.
