Its UX/UI its impeccable, learners have a lot of clarity when, where and what to do. NovoEd has definitely helped our organization to tell a new story related to learning, our learners were not used to a seamless learning experience platform and were a little disengaged with the ways things were before. NovoEd has also helped us a lot to close a lot of learning gaps and share best practices, learners can see what others are learning in other regions as well as they are seeing our leaders fostering the strategic capabilities that we as an organization require to win in an era of acceleration. NovoEd is aesthetically pleasing. Users find it very easy to navigate and it's easy to build courses. Customer Success Manager really listens to users concerns and questions. There are many basic features missing from NovoEd such as poll options, creating interactive activities aside from just assignments, etc. You can create these in a separate program and embed on to NovoEd, but it would be a lot easier if these were added to the tools NovoEd does use. I like the new setup that allows very easily for us to provide content, and change things with ease. We have used this two years now, and the new setup that came early this year - was just amazing. Suddenly, we could iterate and build realtime and teach others to start building in just a short few minutes. That`s incredible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about NovoEd? It could be slow to upload sometimes if you have good internet it should be fine though. Recommendations to others considering NovoEd: If they have funds, we currently have been buying bought subscriptions from a company, at a lower price - but unfortunately we will not be able to continue paying these high prices. NovoEd is an incredibly easy to setup and easy to use solution to deliver 'facilitated' self-paced courses. Their 'assignment/task management' functionality is one of the solutions' strengths, bringing a whole other dimension to self-paced courses - which allows the learner to practise the knowledge they have gained with either peer or expert feedback. Highly recommend this platform to any company that needs to build capabilities (knowledge, skills or behaviours) in individuals sitting across many geographies and/or with individuals that want to learn with others, but at their own pace! You can bring a traditional classroom experience to an online experience - achieving the same results - but with the additional benefit of reaching a much bigger volume of learners at a time. Compared to other very pricey learning management systems out there, NovoEd fits within our budget while also offering everything we need. The staff is incredibly warm and helpful (especially Rebecca!) and responsive to our needs or questions that arise. Some features can be a bit clunky, such as the data downloads making it difficult to quickly access info while staying in NovoEd, but it's not a huge hassle. We're delivering an online curriculum to our fellows all around the world.
