What do you dislike about NovoEd? The tool menu, that gets hidden every time you need to add or edit an asset. What problems is NovoEd solving and how is that benefiting you? As a learning content creator in a learning consultant enterprise, NovoEd is one of the easiest and seamless CLMS platforms I used. LMS Admin Enterprise (\> 1000 emp.) 12/16/2022 "The NovoEd Cohort Style blended learning delivery type is absolutely incredible." 5/5 What do you like best about NovoEd? From a Learner view, the cohort aspect where Learners can learn, not only from the instructor but each other is excellent, also, they really enjoy the gamification aspect. From an admin point of view, the flexibility of the notifications and analytics as well as the variety of assignment types available is extremely useful for managing courses and content. Additionally, The license model is not formatted ideally for our business model, although the NovoEd people have been very good at working with us to find new solutions on that. They have recently changed their UI for Admins as well as added Learning Journeys to the Learner experience which have given us new ways to look at courseware and curricula. There are a lot of options for you to manage your content. You can time-release material in order to offer a self-paced course. There are also a variety of ways to make the content interactive with discussions, quizzes, submission of documents, a gallery to view the work of colleagues and collaborators. The platform made it easy for us to make existing content more engaging by using different formats and interactions. Also it enabled individual feedback from a group of course coaches. The NovoEd worked with us to migrate an existing online course from another platform, which was not simple to do. Learners are delighted with the new course, in no small part due to what the NovoEd platform and team has enabled us to change and augment to make the experience better. NovoEd helps us bring global learners together, increase learner networking, and cross-functional interactions for our own program and our clients. We see leadership behavior change when we build assignments that require the leader to go back to their job, try a new skill, and share the outcomes with their peers. We also tie the social learning journeys to a capstone project to apply new skills now and after the program. Learners are more transparent and open in the closed, private cohorts that NovoEd offers.
