Noviq is a multi-tenant shift-scheduling platform built for teams that staff around the clock: NOC and SOC rotations, IT ops, support desks. It turns the rotation spreadsheet into a living schedule — employees mark availability, a fairness engine fills the week, coverage gaps surface before publishing, and swaps clear with manager approval. Timesheets pre-fill from the schedule and export payroll-ready, including an Israeli labor-law engine (125%/150% overtime, Shabbat and holiday rates from the Hebrew calendar). Full Hebrew + RTL support. Free for up to 5 members; every workspace starts with a 30-day Pro trial, no credit card.
