Novi, by Novela, is an AI-powered virtual assistant built for boutique wedding venues. It responds to couple inquiries within minutes, day or night, across email, text, Instagram, website forms, and wedding marketplaces like The Knot, WeddingWire, and Zola. Novi qualifies couples by date, guest count, and budget, books venue tours from the live calendar, sends reminders, and follows up until couples decide. After a booking, Novi sends proposals and e-sign contracts, handles payment and milestone reminders, and keeps one organized thread per couple through the wedding day. Venues stay in control: Novi uses only approved packages and real-time availability, and hands off anything off-script to staff with the full conversation. Novi integrates with Tripleseat, HoneyBook, Perfect Venue, and Event Temple, and sets up in about five minutes.
