In contrast to the conventional VC firms, they are interested in such facts like recurrence of revenue rather than the perspective one. This makes them perfect for early growth stage B2B software companies such B2B software company as mine with history of sales.

**What do you dislike about novel - THE CAPITAL INTELLIGENCE™ PLATFORM?**

The main issue which makes me worry is their ability to conduct comprehensive research on the deals they promote. Expanded due diligence would make more assurance with their intentions or directions towards my company.

**What problems is novel - THE CAPITAL INTELLIGENCE™ PLATFORM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Startup solves a problem of many early-stage B2B software startups: how to raise money without diluting too much equity. Their revenue-based financing do not require me to give out my share to anyone, which is very important at this stage of the company’s growth.
