With supported local models, prompts are processed in the browser rather than sent to an external AI provider, avoiding per-request cloud-model charges. Businesses can also connect external AI services when they need them. The platform is designed to support data ownership and flexibility. Companies can keep documents within Novastera or connect external storage, including Google Drive and S3-compatible services. Teams can define repeatable processes, manage multiple companies from one login, and extend the platform with additional users, connectors, custom workflows, or dedicated infrastructure as their needs evolve. Novastera offers a free Discovery plan with no time limit or credit card requirement, alongside a Pro plan starting at €9 per month per company, excluding VAT. Optional services are available for organizations requiring additional capacity, integrations, or tailored implementations.
