We use KPA Flex as our training platform. While more capabilities are available, this is the extent of our use. That said, we get a lot out of it. The trainings are pretty good but the real gold is in the API. Through that, we can integrate KPA Flex with our existing system. That allows us to keep our schedule of trainings and track completions in our systems while utilizing their training platform. It's fantastic. Also, the community and KPA employees are great. Both are incredibly helpful and responsive. And the initial setup was so easy. It is possible and realistic to get up and running within a couple of days. I have trouble thinking of things that I dislike about KPA Flex. I don't have anything but extremely minor gripes that are specific to our situation for the most part. So far my only complaint is when you create a composed training and select renewal dates, and then put into a composed training you can no longer assign that training as a one off. The best part of about KPA Flex, is in the name. The flexibility the system has to allow safety leaders to be flexible for their organizations. We are able to create forms and workflows that work specifically for our workforce and the needs of our industry.
