It's easy to customize features and has great dataload validation which has saved me on multiple occasions. It's easy to set up notifications and training. Building forms from scratch can be difficult. It lacks intuitive design. The tooltips and labels are vague and difficult to understand for a new user which wastes time with testing what that switch actually changed vs what you wanted to change. Training on the platform is basic and doesn't dive deeply into advanced settings. If I could suggest 1 major improvement it would be streamlined API connections for automation with other software or an API integration assistance team from KPA. KPA Flex has centralized all our safety, compliance, and training documentation in one platform, making it easy to track and manage workflows. I really like how intuitive the interface is, even for new users. It saves time by automating safety inspections, employee onboarding, and audit preparations. I would like the process of creating forms to be easier and more flexible. It would be very helpful to copy and paste entire rows or sections to save time when building similar forms. As our specialist for the KPA LMS, I have been able to use the software to go beyond what it was initially designed for. The system is basically where anything HSE needs it is stored. Also many of our BU's are using the system for their personal needs, not just safety. It has also helped with capturing metrics, data, and accountability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the contractor management system is terrible and is an after thought. Until all of the bugs are worked out, I would not recommend it. Besides our CSA, the customer service is VERY slow as well. Sometimes taking 7 business days to address issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since the first date we activated our account, we have had very little support. Our salesperson was wonderful, but when it came down to implementation, we struggled. We are almost one year in, and we are still trying to figure out how to work KPA.
