Nova Fleet Dynamics is fleet management software that centralizes operations for road freight operators in Spain, replacing spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and phone calls. Operators assign tasks in real time from a web-based backoffice, while drivers receive them on a mobile app, manage routes, confirm pickups, attach evidence, and generate delivery notes on the go. Digital contracts and delivery notes carry cryptographic seals, ensuring authenticity and eliminating paper workflows. The platform tracks vehicle and driver documentation, manages permits and inspections, and sends expiration alerts before they become a problem. Billing integration automates invoice drafts, and a full operational history ensures traceability. Nova Fleet Dynamics also automatically generates the DeCA (Electronic Administrative Control Document), mandatory in Spain from October 5, 2026, for every trip — with no manual steps and no separate software needed.
