Nova is a candidate intelligence platform designed to work directly within a company's existing Applicant Tracking System (ATS). It helps recruiting teams automate and improve the quality of their candidate screening and talent rediscovery processes. The platform's primary functions are: AI-Powered Scoring: When a new candidate applies, Nova analyzes their profile against role-specific requirements and provides a 0-10 score with a detailed, transparent breakdown of the reasoning. This allows teams to prioritize their review on the most qualified candidates. Talent Rediscovery: For new job openings, Nova automatically searches a company's existing talent pool to find and surface past applicants who are a strong match for the current role. A core component of Nova is its guided Criteria Builder. This feature works with the hiring team to create a detailed and structured profile of the ideal candidate before screening begins, ensuring the AI has a high-fidelity understanding of the role's requirements. Additionally, Nova can generate suggested interview questions tailored to each candidate's profile to help probe for specific skills or address potential gaps. By integrating these tools into the ATS, Nova reduces the need for manual screening and context-switching, allowing recruiters to focus their time on engaging with top-tier talent.
