The transcripts are wrong more often than they should be, so I have to spend a significant amount of time correcting them. It is also awful at detecting speaker changes and frequently assigns dialogue to the wrong person or fails to recognize a new speaker altogether. It can provide a rough starting point, but the results are not reliable enough to use without carefully checking the entire transcript. **What problems is Notta solving and how is that benefiting you?** Notta provides an initial transcript of meetings and recordings, saving me some time compared with transcribing everything from scratch. However, the benefit is limited because the transcripts still require extensive review and correction. ### 2. The transcriptions are not exact, so I end up doing the work myself. Furthermore, the main problem is that it does not consider Spanish, there are only vocabulary options for English and Japanese. I started my trial on September 11th at 21:51, expecting it to last until the end of September 14th. However, they charged me $107.99 at 22:21 on the 14th, before the trial period should have ended. Their billing details state only the "expiration date," without specifying the exact time, creating deliberate ambiguity. It's not until after being charged that you find, buried in the Q&A, that they calculate the trial down to the hour. This lack of transparency appears designed to trap customers into unwanted charges. Such practices could violate both the EU's Unfair Contract Terms Directive and Hong Kong's Trade Descriptions Ordinance, which require clear, fair, and transparent terms. The system frequently goes down 2. Features that could be used are now unavailable 3. Even if you press the audio output button on the block where you want to listen to the audio, it can only be played from the beginning 4. Is it outsourced overseas for development? Japanese is not understood 5. The UI is terrible and so on. You get what you pay for. **What do you dislike about Notta?** I wanted to love this but this product has become a nuisance that frankly isn't worth the trouble. Despite revoking it's access to my calendars, the bot sporadically shows up to zoom meetings -- random meetings at random times often past the meeting start time. Deleting or cancelling my account is something I thought I had done several times. (the help site is void of what steps to take). Fingers crossed that the bot doesn't show up to any meetings tomorrow but not holding my breath.
