I greatly enjoy and appreciate the user-friendly and compact platform designed by #Notme. In comparison to other platforms utilized in the past, bar far #Notme is straight to the point with HR-related matters and tools. What do you dislike about NotMe Solutions? If I am being honest, there is nothing I dislike. I have continuously used #Notme for over 1 year, and no complaints as of now. As well as the organization within investigations and the HR Department. As a Director of a National Chain, maintaining organization and compliance is highly important. Our headcount is currently over 1,000 employees, making it easy to communicate with employees coming forward with complaints or concerns related to the company and Human Resources. NotMe Solutions has provided our growing company with a platform that is easy to use, for both employees and administrators alike. When it comes to difficult conversations and situations like those handled in NotMe, we feel extremely confident that we will be able to resolve problems that may otherwise be unreported. The onboarding process may be considered a little lengthy but given the nature of this platforms subject matter it really is best to become proficient before launching. We wanted to provide a space for employees to make reports in the moment and not have to wait until the next time they saw their immediate supervisor, which we suspect sometimes leads victims to change their minds about reporting at all. This platform has greatly benefitted us as a business because we can now resolve minor issues before they become systemic or toxic to the workplace culture we are trying to create and protect. It is centred around the person reporting: the app design is intuitive, the collection of information starts with the person and ends with the person, the user is in control of how much or how little information they provide, it doesn't feel like a "fill-in-a-form, make a statement and get a ticket number" task and more like a "let's talk" encouragement. Systems that are too difficult to use, formal or impersonal, are intimidating to whistleblowers. The mobile format is suitable for staff travelling and attending events. This Product reinforces the Firm's position on treating all employees with the respect, dignity, and responsibility to which they are entitled. NotMe allows problems to be resolved quickly without harming individual staff feelings. By using a third person, we are able to resolve situations that may arise quickly.We find that it increases the likelihood of conflift resolution on a more permanent basis. Our staff is also more receptive to using the NotMe Software as a methodology to resolve their individual complaints before coming to a designated human resource person in house. However, the use of this systems invests all stakeholders in the outcome of the process. For each of these areas, we encourage the members of staff to utilize the advantages that the NotMe Solutions can bring to the office. This is reinforced in the Employee Handbook available to all employees. As part of our culture, we want to resolve problems early in the cycle and not let them fester for long. In each of these areas, we have found that NotMe is a 5 out of 5 for ease of use; for documentation; for resolution of the issue(s) on a satisfactory basis; and for meeting the needs of the employees. I love that employees can access complaint forms from their phones and don't have to rely on using internal company networks. Also, I love that we can chat with them anonymously. The only thing I can think of is if there was an app notification for administrators in addition to email notifications when reports are submitted. Finding a single element that the team and myself disliked would be tough. We adopted this solution from day one and are super happy about the outcome. We implemented this solution as a company-wide survey revealed a significant issue with reporting DEI and misconduct in the workplace. We wanted to ensure the tools were entirely anonymous, which is not the case for all solutions currently distributed on the market. This concern has been addressed by allowing users to report incidents anonymously while maintaining open communication for further information or voluntary identification.
