One of my favorite things about Notion is how easy it is to organize everything with pages and subpages. The natural hierarchy this creates helps keep even large projects tidy, structured, and easy to navigate.
One feature I’d really like to see is a more flexible way to reuse and reference the same page structures across different workspaces, without having to duplicate the content each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike is how hard it can be to edit the same page when multiple people are working on it at the same time. Real-time collaboration often feels clunky, especially when others are typing or reorganizing content. It’s easy to lose your place, accidentally overwrite something, or end up interrupting each other’s work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
