"Flexible, Clean Collaboration Hub for Docs, Databases, and Project Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Notion?

What I like best is the flexibility and the team collaboration. I can build docs, databases, and project trackers all in one shared space, which makes cross-functional working easy. Everything stays clean, structured, and connected, so we have one central place for all the important things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

My main dislike is keeping home spaces clean. It is easy to end up with a lot of unlinked or orphaned pages, so things can get cluttered over time. I would also like to see more help documents and tutorials on how to set it up and use it as effectively as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Notion Keeps Everything in One Place and Boosts My Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Notion?

for me notion is like my partner it helps me to manage my tasks regularly as it also improve my productivity. I like most about Notion is that it keeps everything in one place. The interface is clean and easy to understand, and I can customise pages the way I want.It also makes it simple to work with others by sharing pages and editing together, which is really helpful for team projects and college work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

One thing I don’t like is that it can feel a bit confusing when you’re just getting started, since there are so many features and customization options. Sometimes, pages with a lot of content take a little longer to load, and finding a specific setting isn’t always straightforward. I also wish more advanced features were included in the free plan. Aside from those issues, it has worked well for my daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Notion as a Second Brain: Meeting Notes, Documentation, and Powerful Organization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Notion?

I mainly use Notion as my second brain for everything work-related. Day to day, it’s where all my notes live, but the part I get the most value from is meeting notes. I’ll dump the raw notes during the call, then keep a short summary at the top so I can quickly find the decision again three weeks later without rereading everything.

The other thing it does really well is documentation. Instead of scattered files, I can nest pages inside pages and keep an entire area of the business in one place that’s actually navigable. Linked databases also help a lot, since the same info can show up wherever I need it without me duplicating it.

Overall, it’s replaced three or four separate tools for me, and the search actually finds things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

Two things. Search works, but when you've got a lot of pages it doesn't always surface what I actually want — I know the note exists, I just can't get Notion to hand it to me, so I end up clicking through the sidebar to find it manually.

The other is the learning curve at the start. Basic pages and notes are easy, but databases, relations and rollups took me a while to click. I got there eventually, but I don't think I'd hand Notion to someone non-technical and expect them to be productive on day one without some setup done for them. "A Huge Time-Saver for Staying Organized Across Devices"
5/5
What do you like best about Notion?

Helps me stay organized both personally and at work. I can quickly find any info I’ve logged, connect related databases, and it saves me hours each week.

The UI is user-friendly across different devices—in my case, Windows, Android, and iPad OS. It integrates with my Gmail account, and I can easily import documents for processing. The AI agents work seamlessly with all my content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

I keep having the same problem, which the support couldn't solve: my pages sometimes go blank and I need to switch between tabs to refresh them and see the content again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Tool for Personal Use and Business Templates"
5/5
What do you like best about Notion?

I use Notion for personal use while preparing for my CAT exam, and it helps me track my progress with a single dashboard that makes achieving my daily study targets easier. I like how it acts as a flexible backend for my ideas, especially when designing products for small businesses; it can build almost anything. I appreciate the ability to quickly create databases, relationships, and workflows without spending much time building a custom backend from scratch, allowing me to focus more on ideas and features. The initial setup was very easy, and I would give Notion a 10 out of 10 for recommendation to a friend or colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

It can be slower for large data and complex workspaces. Finer-grained permissions for databases and individuals would be valuable. Also, I believe a guide book could be included to explain advanced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive, Flexible, and AI-Powered Collaboration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Notion?

I just love the fact that you can build custom tools within Notion, which makes collaboration easy. It's great for managing projects and sharing both internally and externally with clients. I adore the integration with various AI models, which is hugely valuable as it allows us to incorporate Notion into our workflow alongside other software. Using Notion as a general workspace, whether for generating documents for clients or creative exploration, is fantastic. It's the most comprehensive and flexible tool for what we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

To be honest, I think the things that could be improved are probably more the support and templates as a basis for getting those custom tools and we're probably only scratching the surface of what it can be used for, but don't necessarily have the capacity to invest the time into creating more customizations. So more efficiency there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible All-in-One Workspace That Boosts Productivity and Teamwork"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Notion?

I've been using Notion to organize projects, manage knowledge, and keep track of tasks across my studies and work. What stands out most is how flexible it is

I can create everything from simple notes to project trackers and documentation in one place.

The AI features are useful for summarizing content, brainstorming ideas, and improving productivity, while the search function makes it easy to find information quickly. Being able to collaborate with others in real time has also helped streamline teamwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

While Notion is extremely flexible, that flexibility also creates a steeper learning curve for new users. Setting up databases, templates, and workflows can take time before you get the most value from the platform.

Performance can also slow down in larger workspaces with lots of databases and content. The offline experience has improved but still isn't as seamless as some dedicated note-taking apps, and advanced project management features aren't as comprehensive as tools built specifically for software development or enterprise project management. "Organizational Wizard with AI Magic"
5/5
What do you like best about Notion?

I use Notion to organize my day-to-day work. I love that everything is in one place and accessible with any of my devices. I appreciate the ability to record meetings at any moment. I really like the integration with ChatGPT and Notion AI, which allows me to elaborate on ideas and create solid documentation, and then structure anything with a database—it feels like magic. I find the initial setup way too easy, and as an advanced certified user, I truly love Notion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

I want the integrations to be better. For example, I'd like to be able to retrieve information from Outlook. Also, I want to be able to do calculations with tables. I made a Notion expense tracking file, but it never sums how much I spent because Notion isn’t able to give a total. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Notion: A Seamless Centralized Workspace for Planning and Technical Documentation"
5/5
What do you like best about Notion?

What I like best about Notion is how seamlessly it acts as a centralized workspace for both high-level planning and technical documentation. Its block-based flexibility makes it effortless to map out system architectures, outline project specs, and compile clean notes, while the straightforward sharing features keep technical and non-technical team members perfectly aligned without any unnecessary complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

As workspaces grow and pages become heavy with complex databases, nested toggles, or embedded media, loading speeds can noticeably drag compared to native text editors or plain Markdown files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean UI, Easy Onboarding, and Generous Access to Multiple AI Models"
5/5
What do you like best about Notion?

- love the separation of AI chat and notes

- Love the variety of AI models, and the generous limit to use them

- Onboarding is quite easy, guided by the tutorials in the beginning

- Pricing is fair, considering the services offered in return especially AI chat

- The amount of connectors and MCP servers are quite nice and basically cover most services

- During chat, the page gets a bit laggy until the chat answer is complete

- UI is quite clean and nice, would have been better if model settings did not change while changing the AI mode (to research for example) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

The performance gets shaky while AI is answering questions.

The model selection is annoying when it resets when I change the AI mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
