Having the possibility to do everything on it, in a very customized way for my needs, regardless of the niche. And having everything centralized, without needing to use more than one platform for each thing I need, especially after the updates that have been occurring and that even allow for creating simple presentations. It's not that I don't like it, but since I'm already very familiar with it and can do very advanced things, when I implement it in one of my teams and they encounter the multitude of possibilities there, they hold back and are afraid of "breaking" the system. And then it turns out that the adoption ends up being slower and less beneficial, requiring my constant encouragement and insistence for adoption. And since there isn't more direct support for any user to contact for questions, it ends up increasing the dependency on me. And the price to use AI is also expensive, but it is minimally justified.
