**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like using Notion for planning because I can break my day into multiple parts with different phases and tags, which helps me understand my day better and plan ahead. It really aids in avoiding procrastination, especially since I have executive issues; I can look at smaller tasks and see that they're doable. I like that it's bite-sized work, and I feel it's really manageable. Additionally, I like the AI aspect of Notion, although the recent cap on AI chats wasn't appreciated. I also found the initial setup of Notion to be intuitive and faced no challenges.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I recently noticed a cap on AI chats, which I don't appreciate much. I used to really enjoy having unlimited chats for longer discussions, and the limitation now affects how I use Notion. I understand the cost considerations, but I was really loving it when they offered unlimited chats. It would be great if it could remain free or something similar.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for thinking, planning, and execution. It helps me plan my day by breaking it into parts, phases, and tags, which helps avoid procrastination and manage tasks effectively.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I really like the addition of AI and that I can just ask within the UI itself. As always, everything is within reach in a singular space so it makes note taking and organization super efficient.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I still feel similarly from my previous response, but it has gotten better since then. Although I think the templates have also gotten better with newer features.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion providing AI together with my favorite note taking space has truly saved me so much time. Especially when I'm in a crunch and have not figured it out by the time I wanted, I talk to the AI assistant to guide me to the correct solution. I do think that AI is not very accurate. I have asked it many questions and it's answered with tools/libraries that do not exist. I know there is a disclaimer about it not being very accurate, however, I would like to know that what I'm paying for is worth it. I have not really spent too much time asking it as much as I did before because of this, but I definitely think the note taking is amazing and it has made me become a better organized engineer! Everything is in one place.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

The ability to use unstructured data The same way that we use structured data. I am able to create databases and then have Notion do some online searching to update the database, or I can use my voice to update the databases using other tools that work with Notion AI.  This improves my performance, saves me time, gets things done more quickly. So it's a major return on investment given that Notion is a value for money service.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The inability to know what you're really paying for. Right now, I get a bill each month. I'd like to see more granular detail and the ability to track costs by project. Flat-rate pricing is nice, but some of Notion's recent announcements suggest that pricing is changing. Support has not really been doing a great job in communicating this, and to find that information on the Notion website is a journey, not a destination.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've produced a bunch of websites that are data driven. Before Notion, the whole idea of creating data driven websites was foreign to me. This created an easy on ramp because Notion's user experience is replicatable across everything you do. I was able to integrate it with website HTML, use tools like Notion, and speak to my database using Telegram. So integrations, artificial intelligence, and user experience were all combined into one for me.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the user interface of Notion as it is easy and intuitive to use. I also like how the Notion AI features allow you to integrate apps, such as looking at your Google Drive to read it and create Notion pages from it. The Notion customer support was also very helpful for setting up Notion for my business. The Notion app and website run efficiently, and in my opinion, I am getting my money's worth.

I wish that the Notion AI would stop making Notion Pages so often because sometimes I just want a direct answer instead of it making a Notion page

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I really like databases in Notion, as they allow me to classify and tag things, which is useful for organizing my finances and visualizing charts. I also find the automations great, along with the templates that offer a lot of flexibility. Artificial intelligence is another feature I appreciate, with different models that help me perform various tasks, such as preparing my week and creating weekly updates. Although image generation could improve, it has been very helpful to me. Additionally, I find Notion very intuitive and easy to use, which is a great advantage for me.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

It seems to me that image creation doesn't work that well. There are times when artificial intelligence stalls or doesn't work very well when very large prompts are used, for example, when creating the update for my work week, and often it doesn't take relevant information from where I'm indicating it should. That especially.

Notion helps me organize my daily life and store information that I can't retain all the time. Its quick search makes it easy to find old work or personal data.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

As a B.Sc. student at Dr. Hari Singh Gour University I have to manage my files, notes and many other things for which I use notion and one very good thing about notion is that every subject or topic Separate folders can be created for each to keep everything organized. Because it has great options like tables, checklists and calendar to do's which makes it easy to track study schedules or daily routines like exercise habits or daily plans.And its minimalist, clean design looks great.Its clean design significantly improves my daily productivity.

The mobile app is a bit slower to load than the desktop app. It takes some time to get used to it initially, as it appears to be a completely blank page and its offline mode doesn't work that well, it requires internet to run.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, I had to use multiple notebooks and apps to track my college subjects and personal tasks.But now my lectures, assignment deadlines and daily schedule are all easily managed in one single place. I no longer have to do all the things I used to do earlier.This saves a lot of my time and allows me to focus without any confusion on other apps and notebooks.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I really appreciate Notion's ability to build fast and its flexibility, which allows me to construct databases with ease. The sharing system works well, enabling good governance and integration of AI trained to use Notion. I also love the integration with Google Suite for scheduling and drafting emails, and the Miro plugin block is great for integrating diagrams. It's incredible how Notion is AI native and designed with agentic infrastructure, which accelerates the transposition of mental models into results within minutes or hours. The amazing MCP server connected to Claude enhances its functionality, allowing Notion to serve as an operational platform for both AI collaboration and co-working with others.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think it's mainly the UX. The UI for someone that builds is the same as for someone that uses workers, and someone that just uses Notion is the same. The front office of Notion, the one that is strictly for users, gives too much complexity. It gives the complexity of a builder and that can be overwhelming. So my challenge right now, it is how to create in Notion these layered views or pages where there is the layer that is strictly user-facing, the layer that is for power users, and then the layer that is for developers, designers, and builders. And that the upper layer stays as simple and user-friendly as possible compared to something like Monday, which is, you know, dumb user-friendly. And that the rest offers the right amount of complexity to deal with. It was pretty hard because it was back in 2020. But since my business and what I do grew up as Notion developed features and something, it was easier. Now I have a bit of a frustration that Notion has shipped more than I can adopt.

Notion helps with database structure and accessibility, providing an agentic infrastructure. It accelerates building by enabling me to transpose a mental model into a structured database quickly and facilitate the entire development stack.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like using Notion for knowledge management, general note-taking, thought organization, and product discovery documentation. It acts as a consolidated source of truth that I can share with others in my organization without needing to send them a link—they can just search. I appreciate the ease of multiple users being able to edit documents and the ability to access docs from other devices. I find the integration with AI helpful. I also appreciate Claude's ability to read information because it allows me to ask questions or direct him to read and provide context, especially when I'm switching to different tasks like query writing or prototyping.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I don't love the formatting options. They don't seem as intuitive as other options like Confluence. There's a lack of some components that I used heavily there. Expand component, easier control A for select all, and tables are not that fluid or easy to use. Initial setup of Notion was fine, not great.

I use Notion to bring together a collection of information into a single source of knowledge that I can then question and explore further. It lets me create tables, separate pages, registers, and keep everything organised in one place. I particularly like the ability to deploy agents from inside Notion to handle repeated tasks for me.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Only a minor thing: now the right panel opens on the page as a chatbot, and if you click the wrong spot, you lose that chatbot window and then have to go find it again from the left menu.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides an all-round data repository and AI creation in one place. It lets me track registers and other items that would normally live across multiple spreadsheets, but now they’re all kept in a single location. I can also run brainstorming sessions with the chat because it understands my knowledge base well, which helps me explore different functions and work out whether they’re viable or not.

I really love the use of AI that not only provides information but also directly modifies the page. It saves so much time and energy.

I sometimes find that there is a lack of visual structure choices. For example, I cannot shrink a frame, only the text gets compressed and it can result in a so-so appearance.

It helps to solve technical problems hidden behind the software that we, as users, cannot fix. This allows the application to continue functioning well without users having to constantly ask for help. If the question is about what Notion solves in my personal life, it helps me enormously to stay productive thanks to its structured, easy, and pleasant interface to navigate.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion for so many things, like copywriting, meetings, and recordings. Notion speeds up my work dramatically, especially with Notion AI. I love that I have a whole space where everything I create with AI can stay, and I can find it easily, come back to it, use it, and share it easily. The fact that I can work on absolutely any kind of project is amazing. I can view databases and docs and build anything just with a chat while keeping everything in one place. It's incredible how much Notion offers in terms of versatility. It's probably the app I use the most. I came back to Notion because it integrated new AI models like Claude for almost the same cost I was paying elsewhere. Notion has been releasing great features consistently, making it even better—it just got so much better.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I'd like a shorter list of AI models to make it easier to choose, rather than having to scroll through a lengthy list. Another thing is when pinning tabs, it would be helpful if I could color-label them for easy recognition. Moreover, when sharing a Notion AI chat, it would be great if other AI apps could access the chat as if it were a public page. Also, the voice input feature could use improvement; it would be nice to have the option to stop and edit the transcription before sending it. Lastly, I'm not happy that Notion only allows connection to Google Workspace and not to personal Google accounts, which makes it inconvenient for me, I'd like to connect my personal drive.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I love using Notion to organize everything—I keep all my notes there. Notion AI is also amazing; it really helps fix grammatical errors when I’m writing essays. I also appreciate the feature that lets you turn one page into another page and add a toggle list underneath it. I find that especially useful for summarizing my subject syllabi, which makes revising much easier, particularly before an exam. This kind of layering and customization is something I haven’t found in other applications, and it’s genuinely great.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Yeah, it’s really complicated for me. I was searching for a user template where I could share my everyday tasks at the end of the day, and have it set up so that each day has its own page. Ideally, every day would have one toggle list: I’d open the toggle and customize it myself. I was specifically looking for a ready-made template like that, but I couldn’t find one. That’s what I didn’t find in Notion, and it didn’t feel that easy for me. Also, when I tried creating things in Notion, the app felt very heavy on my phone, and on my laptop the site wasn’t working properly on the side.

I use Notion for everything—organizing notes, managing daily tasks, and writing essays. Notion AI helps fix grammatical errors, and the customization options with pages and toggles make it easy to keep everything structured. It also lets me summarize and revise my work effectively.

Before adopting this system, I managed tasks using multiple tools, but Notion allows me to handle everything in one place, making management much easier. With Notion AI, I can work with multiple datasets and pages simultaneously, drastically reducing the time spent searching for information. I also appreciate the high quality of the export and external sharing features, which allow me to share content with others in a format that remains virtually unchanged.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Notion has continually improved and built on their intuitive base features to seamlessly incorporate AI. Their tool not only allows you to ask it to draw information from work you have done in the platform, but also build new components from scratch or build from other work elsewhere in Notion. I continue to use the app on a daily basis for personal and work applications, and have only found it better each year that I have used it.

Any previous complaints i've had have been addressed regarding login. Notion is outstanding!

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion equips my collaboration within and across teams at my institution, and i personally use it to manage the Center I direct. This allows me to handle all project management, external sharing of resources, and collaborative document creation. It is the closest thing i've ever come across to a one-stop solution.

It’s an all-in-one platform, and it feels flexible enough to be edited and adapted for future needs. The overall design is nice and tidy, with a clean look that’s easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I’ve found that the statistical analysis and chart visualization options are limited. For example, it would help to have error bars and more chart types for analysis, especially for scientific reports. The figures and workflow images also need more work and polish. Sometimes the AI gets stuck and needs a refresh, which tends to happen when there’s a lot of data. When it happens in the middle of my work, it becomes difficult to continue. I also think speed is an area the Notion team could improve.

It speeds up my daily reporting by helping me create charts, analyze daily data, extract data from images, and plot the results. It also helps me summarize my work and brainstorm the next steps.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

What really sets Notion apart for me is the sheer flexibility of having everything in one unified workspace. We depend on it a lot for product roadmaps and for managing our engineering backlog. Being able to use the same dataset and effortlessly switch between a Kanban board for sprint task tracking, a timeline view for higher-level roadmap planning, and a clean table for backlog grooming is genuinely powerful. On top of that, the clean, minimalist UI makes it simple to link rich, detailed technical documentation directly within individual task cards, which helps keep our development team aligned without constant context switching.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

While Notion is incredibly flexible, its performance can degrade when handling large volumes of data. As our product backlog has expanded, we’ve noticed a noticeable lag when loading large databases or switching between complex filtered views with multiple relations. Additionally, for engineering workflows, the native integrations with developer tools like GitHub aren't quite as deep or automated out-of-the-box as dedicated agile platforms, requiring our team to do more manual updates to keep ticket statuses perfectly synced.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Notion, our product roadmap, sprint backlog, and technical documentation lived in completely separate tools. That fragmentation created major context silos and forced our team to constantly jump between platforms just to connect high-level goals with day-to-day engineering work.

Notion addresses this tool-proliferation problem by acting as our single source of truth. The biggest advantage is unified context: when a developer picks up a task from the backlog, the broader product map, user stories, and design specs are either linked right there or housed within the same card. This eliminates time wasted hunting down documentation, makes asynchronous communication smoother, and helps keep our daily technical execution tightly aligned with our long-term product strategy.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

What’s most helpful about Notion is how easy it is to do exactly what you want. You don’t need to learn a whole new system or spend time trying to figure out a complicated program. It’s as simple as creating a page, adding a border, or setting up whatever you’re trying to build.

We’ve successfully integrated a payment option using Notion and cal.com, and we had no issues at all, which was amazing. The integrations have worked really well overall. I’ve also noticed we can add social media handles to the website we use for our company, which is also a Notion page. The Notion page we published as our website barely lags when you open it through the link we created. Notion itself also runs pretty smoothly, which is great.

When it comes to pricing, I do think it’s fair. For a start-up company it can feel a bit expensive, but once you’ve gotten things going, it’s a very decent return on investment—especially when you consider how easy it is to publish a website and how much the AI helps you get things done.

As for the support Notion offers, it feels like you’ve got an expert next to you 24/7. You can tell it what you want to do with the page, or what you want done with the information you provide, and it helps you get there. That makes using Notion much easier, especially when you don’t understand something and you’re struggling to do exactly what you want.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

One thing I definitely dislike is the lack of customisability for the website pages you can publish through Notion. I understand it’s difficult to change this, especially if it means reworking parts of the system to match what clients are asking for, but I still wish there were more options.

For example, I’d like to remove the banner at the top of a published page. I also wish I could hide the page title when it’s published as a website, and change the background colour as well. These are small UI changes, but they would make a big difference.

Other than that, I don’t have any complaints. I haven’t run into any other serious issues. The main impact of what I described is that it affects how our website looks, and if it doesn’t improve in the future, it might push us to consider other service providers specifically for the website side. That said, we’ll likely continue using Notion as our primary CRM.

My suggested improvement is simply to add more customisability for published pages—especially background colour options and the ability to hide elements like the banner and title. For instance, if I want a page that’s just pictures, I don’t want to have to type “pictures” at the top and see it every time I open the page. Overall, everything about Notion has been great so far; I just want more control over how published pages look.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a tutoring company, and since we’re new to the business world, we hadn’t used any CRM software or anything like that before. Because of that, it felt a bit intimidating to try a big-name tool to manage client information and course details. However, we started using Notion to organize our client info, and honestly, I don’t have any complaints.

Unless you are disciplined, it is very, very easy for things to get disorganized or annoyingly inconsistent. I don't know of a way of enforcing your chosen structures other than guidelines and reviews. The flexibility is also overwhelming at first – where do you even start? Templates help, but I think many would still struggle with getting their structure fairly optimal.

Notion makes collaboration simpler and helps me create truly solid documentation. It’s a dependable tool, and honestly, I consider it the best in its category. The UI is very intuitive and honestly makes it very easy to create notes within notes and sharing and finding them very easily. I particularly like that you can easily convert a element to another element. Also the fact that everything is an element makes things pretty easy to manage. 

I love their integration with tools. Google Suite, Jira, Figma are among the many other integrations I see myself using every other day!

I feel that while the collaborative features help, especially for non-technical people, I find it difficult to write technical documentation in it. As a developer, I want something that lets me write in native Markdown, and honestly any code editor suffices. Especially there, I can bring in any AI instead of being locked into Notion’s AI, which feels somewhat overpriced and not value for money.

I also don’t like Notion’s app. Even though it makes it easy to work with things, it’s a pain to keep around. With all the windows I already have open, Notion’s app just feels clunky. There’s no easy way to use folders, star things, or pin things—or at least I haven’t been able to figure that out from their UI. The app is also somewhat slow and not very performant.

But sometimes the result becomes strange, so I need to check and change prompts. In that case, AI agent uses credit, so you need to be careful to check the prompts so that you don't need to use anther credit.

The ability to customize the views is great, and I love being able to customize how I look at my data. It keeps track of the grant, showing me how much money is left in each category, which really helps keep me on track. Having all my data in one spot and it keeping track has been good.

Yeah. They don't have an AI plan available for nonprofits. I'm currently on the nonprofit discount plan, and I think it's still costing me, like, $16 a month. Because of that, unfortunately, our board has decided to move some of our projects over to Monday. Because Monday's platform for nonprofits is free, and I'm able to get the full suite of AI products with Monday. I had to give up my nonprofit pricing in order to get the AI features with Notion, and I wasn't about to do that. I was just disappointed with that. But as far as the functionality overall, it's given me peace of mind going through this graph. On a scale of one to 10, the initial setup was probably a six. I had to have Chat GPT walk me through a lot of it.

It works well for my 'logging' of content and tasks/completions over the week. I have multiple 'update' pages that I feed throughout the week then at the end of the week I clean them up and copy them into an email to share with colleague. 

The Emojis are actually really nice and helpful for me to identify projects and pages.

I manage a single large data base as a Kanban board to capture and manage multiple startups in our investment 'funnel'. And each one has a templated detail page so they are all consistent. 

The I writing feature is fantastic for summing up my research.
Especially as it reads my meeting notes. I can generate investment memos easily and accurately.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The 'page within a page' nesting is still not always logical to me, but this really seems like the way it works best. So many time, I'll move a meeting note into a page, but then need to move it within that page to a toggle list because I contain most content within one page.

some of the formatting does not copy over to other docs. Especially surprising that when I copy content from Notion into Notion Mai, the formatting does not always carry through (Bold = **, etc.) very annoying mohave to reformat after copying.

Tabs seem to reopen after restarting. so I have many duplicate tabs open.

It's takes extra work to integrate it with other platforms. Syncing is not always easy.

It also crashes out on the mobile app when I have a page with a lot of content, even if it is just text, that is surprising and seems illogical as it is just text. IDK why the app crashes so hard.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Notion runs the operational backbone of my consulting business. One workspace holds my playbooks, client tracking, and public website, so I'm not scattered across five different apps.

The linked databases are what I lean on most. Client list, discovery call tracker, and campaign log are all connected. New prospect comes in, I create a page from a template, and every field is already there.

AI is part of my daily workflow. I draft and update content between sessions, and pages handle structured additions well, so I can build on existing notes without losing what's already there.

Integrations turned Notion into a hub instead of one more silo. Content I generate elsewhere lands in a format I can reuse for client pages or internal reference.

Performance stays solid even as my databases grow. Pricing gave me enough room on the free tier to build a full business system before I needed to pay, which mattered as a solo founder. Onboarding was self-directed. The template gallery answered most of what I needed.

The unexpected win: Notion now doubles as my internal operating system and my client-facing website. One tool, two jobs, no separate platform to maintain.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Custom domains are the biggest gap for me. My site runs on Notion, but pointing my own domain at it means a standard redirect through my registrar, so visitors briefly see a notion.site URL flash in the address bar before it settles. The fix of a Notion-hosted custom domain with no redirect requires a paid plan add-on. For a solo, early stage business, that's a cost just to keep my branding consistent. I propose it be more accessible on lower tiers.

Cross-tool workflow adds friction I didn't expect. My content often starts in Google Docs, moves to Notion, then needs to export as PDF for other tools to read it properly. Each edit means updating multiple versions across that chain instead of one source of truth. A more flexible way to pull Notion content into external tools, or push updates back without manual re-exporting, would remove a real time cost.

Third-party integrations depend a lot on the other platform, not just Notion. I've had a bot sync feature stop updating with no clear error message on my end, and diagnosing whether the problem was Notion, the integration, or the other service took some digging. Better visibility into sync status and integration health would save troubleshooting time.

Mobile and quick-capture use is fine for reading, but I don't reach for it to build or restructure databases. Anything structural still waits until I'm on desktop.

Impact overall: none of these are dealbreakers, but the domain limitation adds cost pressure for small operators, and the cross-tool workflow friction is the one that eats time every week.

Before Notion, I ran my consulting business across scattered docs and disconnected files, no single place for playbooks, scripts, or client tracking. We struggled with fragmented information, but now everything lives in one workspace, internal operations and my public website together, which saves time and I do not need to hunt for the right version of anything.

Client tracking is a clear example. Before, I had no consistent way to see where a prospect stood in the sales process. Now each one gets a page from a template with every field structured, so status is visible at a glance instead of pieced together from memory or email threads.

Client-facing delivery changed too. As a solo operator, a slow, expensive website build wasn't realistic. Now my public site runs through Notion, so I can launch and adjust messaging fast, no developer, no rebuild every time positioning shifts.

The content workflow is the most measurable win. Drafting and revising scripts and templates used to mean juggling versions across tools. Now updates append cleanly in place, which cuts the back-and-forth on getting a document finished.

Net effect: five separate systems collapsed into one, freeing up hours a week that now go toward client outreach instead of administrative upkeep.

Notion AI has improved significantly over the past few months, without it Notion would be much harder to use. I use it to create content, move things, and do things I don't know how to do natively.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Lot's of features that aren't intuitive, training videos are short and not descriptive enough, small formatting issues (can't right align text, can't adjust spacing above and below sections/headers). It's also been causing my Chrome to crash pretty frequently over the past two weeks. Integrations/connections are also pretty limited, ex. JIRA view is not very customizable enough. Would also like a SmartSheets integration. The security permissions are also lacking/non-sensical. A guest shouldn't need to have access to the main database to see a view of a database on a page. It has caused increased security risks for us.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously struggled with getting everyone to use one tool. With a new commitment to creating a shared workspace in Notion, we've been able to encourage use and have increased transparency across the org and also manage projects and assets together.

I like that multiple different people can work on the same document at the same time and there's history clearly visible. I can see who made which changes, as well as make comments and suggest edits, which is very helpful for reviewing work done by my coworkers and vice versa. The initial setup of Notion was relatively easy compared to some other software.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I don't like the fact that often when I suggest changes and try to delete entire suggested paragraphs, it doesn't work. The text reappears. I can only delete suggestions using backspace, one letter at a time. Also, it could be easier to change the color of text. It can also sometimes be difficult to find certain documents.

Notion allows us to organize work and create documents, supporting collaboration with multiple users editing simultaneously and tracking changes through visible history. I can see who made changes and suggest edits, which helps in reviewing coworker's work.

I like that all my stuff is in one place, and I can create and manage workplaces from an admin side too, which is very valuable. The ability to create permissions, remove and add layers in organizations, and set up different workspaces for different departments and offices globally has massively enhanced productivity. It's easier to collaborate, more streamlined, and everything is in one place. The initial setup of Notion was also very easy for me.

The user interface can be improved. It should be faster and easier to use and navigate. I prefer the user interface of Apple Notes more.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like using Notion for managing clients because I can create shared interactive folders where I outline tasks for the next week and mark whether a workout is done or not. Clients can leave their comments on workouts, and I can change the diet so that changes are synchronously reflected for both of us, and view the change history. I also use Notion to save my ideas and plans; it helps to systematize everything, and it's done in a beautiful format. The content plan in Notion allows me not to forget anything. What I like most is the database system because I can systematize everything very conveniently. I especially note the function of duplicating rows in databases — this is very convenient for me.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Firstly, the number of colors for text and background. I believe there should be many more, at least there should be a rainbow, so that I can choose the color that suits me and that I want to set. There are clearly too few colors to choose from. The next point I would like to fix is that Notion works very incorrectly on the iPad. It's just impossible to write there, the screen constantly jumps to the top part, you can't see the text you're writing, the keyboard constantly jumps off. It's actually quite difficult because Notion doesn't have the Russian language. And this is, of course, a huge oversight, because there are many Russian-speaking users of Notion. So it was quite difficult. If it were possible to directly connect Notion with TickTick from the app, it would be much more convenient.

You can tailor nearly every aspect to fit your workflow, and while there's a bit of a learning curve at first, the interface and logic quickly start to feel natural. Within a short time, most people find themselves navigating it with ease and shaping it to work exactly the way they want.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The beginning was confusing  there's a lot going on, and it wasn't immediately clear where to start or how the different pieces (pages, databases, blocks, templates) fit together. I ended up clicking around a lot just to get a feel for things. Not sure if there's an official demo or tutorial on how to use Notion, but that probably would've saved me some time upfront instead of figuring it out through trial and error.

I own a digital marketing agency called MGMT Digital, and Notion really helps us with everything from project management to tasks to client reporting. It acts as a bank for a lot of AI work we're doing, from context within chats to saving data in databases. Notion is basically the engine that runs most of our system. I appreciate how detailed you can go with Notion, thanks to my background in web development and technical areas. They're keeping updated with integrations, and I haven't found any software that can't connect to Notion. I really like the custom capabilities and no limitations with the integrations we can use. The custom charts and different elements are great for making data viewable and understandable for clients and team members. The page and database-level access lets us control who sees what, which is great for our business with multiple layers. The ease and intuitiveness of setup were amazing, and they have great help and introduction. It was very easy to get started.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think messaging is one thing that could be refined a bit further. We use Google Chats for all of our messaging, and I'd like to see something like Slack where Notion could integrate all different communication channels into one place. Since everything already lives on Notion that we do as an agency, I don't see why we couldn't just also use Notion for communication as well.
