When you have a bigger team using the same database, I'd like to limit certain properties to specific teammates, so only specific people can see particular columns or properties. Currently, this isn't available. I can't lock opening pages to some teammates either. For example, I want my logistical team to see only logistical details and the accounting team to view only the financial parts, but now everyone can see everything. With Notion, all of that finally sits in one place rather than being spread around Google Docs, sticky notes and text documents. It is the combination of documents along with databases that does make all the difference in the world for me – I can create elaborate documentation that includes callouts, code blocks and tables which are linked to task/project database. **What do you dislike about Notion?** The aspect which irritates me from time to time is the performance of the app. In case when you have a heavy page, i.e. many databases, links and embeds, the page is a little bit lagging, especially on the web app or in case when your connection is unstable.
