What I like best about Notion is its flexibility. I can bring projects, tasks, research, journals, content production, relationships, and long-term knowledge into one connected workspace, rather than spreading everything across separate tools. I use Notion as a genuine “second brain”: capturing ideas quickly, organizing them through databases, and gradually turning them into projects, content, or concrete next steps. Notion AI has made this even more valuable by helping me find information across a large workspace, structure voice notes and meeting notes, develop ideas, and create workflows that understand the context of my work. What I dislike most is that a powerful Notion workspace can become complex and difficult to maintain over time. As databases, relations, templates, dashboards, and automations grow, it becomes easy to create overlapping systems or lose track of where information belongs. Performance can also slow down on complex pages and large databases. I would like more powerful native automations, better offline support, and clearer control over how Notion AI uses workspace context. I previously had ideas, notes, tasks, research, project plans, and content scattered across different tools and files. Notion allows me to bring them together in one connected system and maintain context from the initial idea through to execution. I use it to manage documentary productions, creative projects, research, relationships, content pipelines, meeting notes, and personal knowledge. This reduces the time I spend searching for information, makes it easier to regain context after switching between projects, and helps me turn unstructured notes and conversations into clear next actions. I like how fast and simple with easy to use the workspace and the AI features are killer for this app. It also supports many integrations, like issue trackers, spreadsheets, docs, GitHub, and more. What do you dislike about Notion? I’ve had some issues using the Notion desktop app on my MacBook likes heavy to load. When I first open it, sometimes the app takes too long to load. What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you? Before, I used several apps for writing and editing documents, task management. I ended up using too many apps at once, and it was hard to keep everything organized. When I started using the Notion app, it felt like an all-in-one tool with rich features that fit my workflow and i feature slove my problem like correcting, analyzing and summary document and make task management its saving my time. The tasks I used to do across different apps can now be handled in just this one app, without having to switch between applications.
