## Notion Reviews
  ### 1. Visually Appealing But Lacks Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney K. | Graduate Student, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the design of Notion, especially how it looks modular and lets me add photos, making it similar to designing a website interface. This design makes it more attractive to me and gets me excited about setting up new pages. The initial setup of Notion was also easy and enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I haven't been able to get my daily habit tracker to integrate with my calendar as well as I would have liked. As such, I spent some time setting it up but never really stuck to using it. Another time, I tried to import Google Sheets using the AI feature to make a better literature review tracker. That also didn't work very well, so I kept on using my original Google Sheets. I wanted to make it possible to put check boxes on my calendar (as in, my Notion calendar), but that didn't work.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion gives me a nice interface to track deadlines and manage tasks, and the modular design excites me for setting up pages. However, it hasn't integrated my daily habit tracker with my calendar well, and importing Google Sheets for tracking didn't work as hoped.

  ### 2. Impressive MVP Delivery, but Serious Privacy Concerns Keeping Me Up At Night

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lila A. | Founder/inventor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

There are options to make agents and I actually had one of my micro services coded out and deployed as fully working minimal viable product without even realising that there was an ability to do it. I just put all my documents like PRD spec kit brand kit and everything and notion came back a day later to a working app 😊

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I had an email from from Notion that offered to build my start-up product for me and that was from the PD in my Notion in the private section not okay I have small entities pattern and Patent Pending warning on it. I've already told my patent attorney, but that's not okay.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real world use cases not chasing the next shiny object. Solving real world problems for real regular people who are part of the overlooked middle class. I'm an inventor and a founder. I'm constantly building and creating.

  ### 3. Turns out I could live without it after all...

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John R. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Nothing new I like. In fact, I stopped using it. We were offered credits and they abruptly pulled them (for lots of people). A stupid decision that cost them future subscriptions which we would have been paying by now. But trust was broken. We now use Obsidian and love it. Notion is obviously still a good product, but that alone is not the only thing that matters, hence the new rating of 5 rather than the 1 I'd love to give them.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

For me? No. For the future? Keeping their word and not treating users like dirt. But, again, it's their loss ultimately. I'm happy with Obsidian. If they are happy with $0 from me, then fine.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of having data all over the place (as much as any tool can). You can put almost any data into Notion. Whether you want to is up to you, but even when you put data in other applications, there's a huge range of embeddable options so you can probably display it in Notion. It's my goto store for data. From complicated projects to simple note taking. No more hundreds of text editor/notepad files left open with forgotten but important notes.

  ### 4. Mostly Positive with AI Chat Hiccup

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion to organize my notes and generate questions. It helps me organize my Gmail workflow and enhance productivity. I like the Notion AI feature for its promotability. It helps me review my resources and generate questions that aid my understanding. The initial setup of Notion was easy.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The Notion AI chat has issues sometimes. I often encounter an 'agentmode failure' error, which can be pretty annoying. It tends to happen when I've been using a chat for a while, roughly about one-third of the time, and that forces me to start a new chat, disrupting my flow.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to organize my notes and improve my Gmail workflow, boosting my productivity.

  ### 5. Notion AI Boosts Productivity, but UI and Training Still Need Work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Notion AI has improved significantly over the past few months, without it Notion would be much harder to use. I use it to create content, move things, and do things I don't know how to do natively.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Lot's of features that aren't intuitive, training videos are short and not descriptive enough, small formatting issues (can't right align text, can't adjust spacing above and below sections/headers). It's also been causing my Chrome to crash pretty frequently over the past two weeks. Integrations/connections are also pretty limited, ex. JIRA view is not very customizable enough. Would also like a SmartSheets integration. The security permissions are also lacking/non-sensical. A guest shouldn't need to have access to the main database to see a view of a database on a page. It has caused increased security risks for us.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously struggled with getting everyone to use one tool. With a new commitment to creating a shared workspace in Notion, we've been able to encourage use and have increased transparency across the org and also manage projects and assets together.

  ### 6. Customizable Yet Pricey Solution for Knowledge Management

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Srijan M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like that Notion is very customizable. I can customize things and host pages exactly how I want. The sharing features are pretty easy to use, which is helpful for collaboration. I also appreciate that it's safe and secure. Notion has a good ecosystem that connects with AI agents, which enhances the functionality by allowing things like page editing.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I would say the pricing is a bit of an issue. Like, as a student, using it for the company means I need to pick something else, which doesn't make sense. If there was some sort of a $10 or $15 tier, that would have helped students a lot. Right now, I'm on a business plan, but when it expires, I need to pay $20 for it, which doesn't make sense at all. So a different pricing strategy would have worked better. Also, the initial setup was a bit tricky, similar to learning how to code. I had to put some effort into learning how to customize it and organize stuff.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for taking meeting notes and as a knowledge repository for my company and personal use.

  ### 7. Initial Setup Hurdles, But Promising Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mackenzie J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like that Notion has a lot of different things we can expound upon and grow, making it our own for what we need for our business. We're using team spaces and creating different SOPs instead of relying on Google Docs, which makes it more organized. It feels like we can do a lot with our library and admin and projects. I also like the de-escalation and delegation log features.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Honestly, it was a lot of heavy lifting to start. I had to hire someone to help us set it up. I was not expecting that as Basecamp, which we've used, has been super easy. This is a big project to get started, but I hope it'll be worth it in the long run. Very overwhelming. Not easy.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Notion offers a lot of flexibility for project management and organization. We use team spaces for SOPs, making our operations more structured. However, setting it up was overwhelming, requiring assistance due to its complexity, unlike our previous tool, Basecamp.

  ### 8. Great Organization and Search, But Slows Down in Large Workspaces

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

The nested page structure makes it easy to keep engineering docs, meeting notes, and specs in one place instead of scattered across Slack threads and Google Docs. Search actually surfaces what I need, and linking between pages means context is one click away rather than something I have to reconstruct.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Performance degrades noticeably on large workspaces. Pages with big databases or lots of embedded content take several seconds to load, and the desktop app isn't much faster than the browser. It's the main friction point when I'm jumping between docs during a meeting.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Notion, our documentation lived in a mix of Google Docs, Slack threads, and people's heads, so answering "where was that decided?" meant pinging three people. Consolidating specs, meeting notes, and runbooks into one searchable workspace means new context is self-serve. Onboarding a new engineer went from days of hand-holding to pointing them at a single page.

  ### 9. Versatile Yet Challenging to Master

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin B. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the possibilities with Notion, even though I haven't utilized all of them yet. I appreciate how you can always go deeper with the software, having a master database where you can sort and go even further. I like things that are nested, so the database workflow is something I particularly enjoy. The phases and color coding on the project boards help me instantly see what is complete, and I enjoy creating plans and breaking them out into phases on a Kanban board to quickly see what’s done and add checklists to tasks.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think Notion is a very hard app to get your mind wrapped around. The training could be better, and I find the customer support to be absolutely terrible. I tried to set up a meeting to speak with someone and realized it was with a partner, not even really Notion, and she didn't have answers to my questions. The onboarding and figuring out how to use Notion could be a lot stronger. There should be a lot more support around it. The initial setup isn't easy, and I'm still trying to figure it out. The calendar is glitchy, and I can't get it to work right, so I ended up sticking with my own Google Calendar. I reached out to support, but by the time they responded, I had moved on to other things.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for detailed project boards and breaking projects into phases, which helps me see task progress instantly with color coding and checklists.

  ### 10. Notion Centralizes Everything, But My Feedback Feels Mixed

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

Problems Notion Helps Me Solve

* Information scattered across tools
Everything now lives in one place instead of being spread across docs, notes, and different systems
* Lack of structure in how I work
I can build and refine clear frameworks and processes rather than working ad hoc
* Losing ideas or not acting on them
Content ideas are captured, organised, and turned into output instead of being forgotten
* Time wasted searching or switching tools
I spend less time looking for things and more time actually doing the work
* Inconsistent content creation
Having a structured system makes it easier to produce and publish regularly
* No single source of truth for the business
Notion becomes the central hub for how everything connects across workflows, content, and operations

  ### 11. Powerful Integrations and Easy UI, but Can Feel Overwhelming

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandrakanth N. | Software Engineering Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

The best part of notions, It is extremly powerful in terms of integrations.
- Making the doc as web page
- Easy to use UI
- Easy component addition like code, table, header
- Private and public doc
- Free tier version with no downgrade on features
- Easy to use with no onboarding required.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

It is too overwhelming with too many options, sometimes I dono what should I use notion for. I know I can use notion for doc, project planning, calendar but it is like it has everything with no right streamline.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Project planning
- Docs
- Webpage and survey forms

Docs and Project planning really beinfits alot because that is what I use most for as it is way more than any of current doc platform like google doc.

  ### 12. Great Meeting Summaries and Integrations, but a has a clunky Interface

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I do like its ability to take notes on any meeting I am on. It does a great job at summarizing the meeting. I find it has many integrations, which is very helpful and always performs. The interface is decent, but could be improved upon I feel. Pricing is fine, but would like to see a personal plan option. I have not needed to use support at this time, but setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I feel the overall interface is a little basic. I do not feel the file organizing is simple. It feels quite clunky to be honest.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The AI is really helpful in summarize meetings with action items. However, it would be helpful it it automatically followed up with nudges etc to remind you of the said action items.

  ### 13. Great start, disappointing limits

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Notion has a clean and simple interface that makes it very easy to get started. When I first used it, organizing notes and ideas felt intuitive and smooth.
For basic writing and note taking it does the job well and the learning curve is almost zero.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The free plan is too restrictive.
I hit a writing limit while working on my game's story and simply couldn't add more content it just stopped me completely.
For anyone doing serious or ongoing writing, that wall is a dealbreaker.
It felt like the tool was pushing me to pay rather than actually supporting my work.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helped me organize my thoughts and ideas in one place when I first started.
It solved the problem of having scattered notes by giving everything a clean structure, and performance wise it was smooth and fast with no lag or crashes.
However, the benefits were short lived once I hit the free plan writing limit, it stopped being useful for my needs and I had to switch to another tool entirely.

  ### 14. Flexible Templates, But Not Intuitive for Priority-Based Daily Task Tracking

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the idea of Notion because it could help me quickly organize thoughts and tasks. It seems very helpful for building custom templates and using it for a variety of tasks. I didn't really try out any of the Integrations

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

It wasn't very intuitive at all and didn't serve the purpose that I was hoping to use it for which was organizing my daily tasks based on priority level and being able to quickly check them off as I moved through them. I needed something that was out of the box and quick to learn and notion felt a little bit too cumbersome to start off quickly as I was onboarding in my new position.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I said I think that notion has a lot of use cases outside of what I was looking for but it didn't seem to work for my specific needs of organizing daily tasks

  ### 15. Apple Notes-Like Feel and Helpful AI, but a Limited Mobile App

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omar A. | Administrative director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the idea that it looks and acts like the native Apple Notes app. It has so many more capabilities and I started to like the usage of AI because it can help me extend and work on my content on the pages better

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I feel like its capabilities are a little bit limited, especially when it comes to the mobile app. I think the mobile app is extremely bad compared to the

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documenting daily workout modes and documenting daily work notes

  ### 16. Helpful for Organization, Challenging Initial Setup

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candice A. | Executive Vice President & Chief of Staff, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion primarily for organizing my work tasks and managing projects. I find it helpful in keeping everything in one place. I like that Notion makes note-taking easy and I value its transcription feature the most, which I use for transcribing meetings and helping me organize notes.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I find the main page to organize your day very confusing to set up and not visually appealing. I've tried setting it up on my own using tutorials or advice from other users, but it's really hard to get it set up the way I want. Linking certain apps is difficult too. It was not easy, as I still haven't gotten the home page set up to my liking. I haven't fully learned how to use it.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for organizing my work tasks, managing projects, transcribing meetings, and note taking, keeping everything in one place.

  ### 17. Not Beginner Friendly but Essential for Organization

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the board layout in Notion because visually it just makes sense. I also appreciate when the automations work, as they are useful for sending emails of deliverables completed. The hub experience that Notion provides is another positive aspect, especially since Google Docs tend to get lost. Notion helps us have a more cohesive homebase.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I am hopeless with the UI and setting up things like automations. It is not beginner friendly. To understand it you need a certain understanding of layering pages and redirects in UI design etc. For the average person, it will need to be set up for them and offering a tutorial how to navigate. Literally the entire process. We had to get support from Notion and also watch hours of online tutorials.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion forces me to list everything I do and organizes it, preventing documents from getting lost and providing a cohesive hub experience.

  ### 18. Promising AI Features, But Lacks Structure

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noah H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I really like the AI notekeeper in Notion, as it's a charm for seamlessly capturing transcripts. The MCP server is also great and allows me to use this knowledge effectively in my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The interface feels bulky, making it challenging to have a clear overview of ongoing tasks. I struggle to see all the calls, especially when working with the team. I miss having a single dashboard where all my assigned items are organized. Although it's easy to start using Notion, the lack of structure makes it less intuitive.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the AI notekeeper in Notion really beneficial for capturing meeting transcripts, which I then utilize through MCP server.

  ### 19. Strong AI Features, Setup Could Improve

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I really appreciate Notion for helping us keep everything in one place and track where we are in projects. The biggest highlight for me is Notion AI because it allows us to grab our entire workspace and find information quickly. I love using it to create or edit pages, which is really my favorite feature.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Building automations in Notion is cumbersome because the window is tiny, and the API doesn't support using AI tools to build or edit automations, which is a big gripe for me. The security settings are another concern, as it's not clear what people can or can't do. I also wish Notion could help scale down views to what we need and guide us on property management to avoid property overwhelm or redundant data. There's a big learning curve, and the customer support is pretty abysmal. We've had to hire help, which is expensive, and it feels like we aren't using Notion as effectively as we could. Having a support person would be great because things got out of control quickly, and we had to hire someone to build a workable space for us. Even with help, we aren't loving the setup, and while there's potential, we're not tapping into it as we should.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps keep everything in one place, allowing us to track project progress effortlessly.

  ### 20. Efficient for Documentation, Slow Performance Hinders Usability

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like using Notion mostly for writing and as a shared notes page that I can share with my team. The simplicity of writing and the slash commands are great, especially since there aren't too many options like in Google Docs. It's also great for collaboration because I can just share a link, and people can contribute to the shared documents. We use it for meetings and put meeting notes there. It's nice to have one place for the team to keep information, rather than spreading it across different tools. Additionally, getting access via onboarding directly with the Gmail account was quite nice.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I hate that Notion takes ages to open; it's just really slow and feels heavy when I use it. The integration between the web and desktop app isn't great, so I always open links in the web app instead of the desktop app. I also want it to feel lighter and be as fast as the default macOS Notes app. Overall, it's hard to use because of these speed issues.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Notion centralizes our information, making it easier for my team to access everything in one place rather than using different tools. I find it simple for writing and collaboration, with easy link sharing for our contributions.

  ### 21. Expansive Yet Challenging to Navigate

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the centralized aspect of Notion because it allows for a unified portal where I can list out the tasks that need to be done. This feature helps with keeping track of everything in our collaboration with the marketing agency. Additionally, I appreciate that the team can see what I'm up to, and I can see where they're planning to go, enabling us to collaborate actively.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I find Notion convoluted and difficult to use when setting up for myself. I don't understand it, and it is difficult to run my own business workflows. To try and organize with my business, it's not so easy.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to collaborate with my marketing agency through a centralized portal, which allows us to list tasks and actively coordinate.

  ### 22. Steep Learning Curve, but Powerful Features

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like that Notion allows company documentation to be shared and edited. It has better formatting than Google Docs and offers more tools, which I find nice. I also appreciate the nice agentic features. The meeting notetakers are good because they don't join or pollute the meeting, and it's nice to use them. It's easy to connect Notion to my agents, who can read the documents easily, unlike Google Docs, which has a convoluted way of connecting to agents. The feature is really nice and the UI is a lot nicer, showing a lot more thought.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Notion has a steep learning curve, which is a big difference compared to a simple product like Google Docs. With Notion, I still find myself trying to figure out some features like tables and having to search a lot every time I need to do something. It can be slightly annoying to learn.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for company documentation, CRM, and SOPs. It offers better formatting and more tools than Google Docs, making it easy for my agents to read and edit documents. The ability to share and live edit across the team is a big plus.

  ### 23. Powerful Collaboration Tool with Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like Notion's database structure because it really forces me to deconstruct what I'm trying to do and make sure that my tasks are really concrete. I also appreciate how it allows for effective team collaboration, letting us share information across teams and keep everyone aligned.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The sharing and access settings in Notion are a bit confusing for me, especially when it comes to understanding the differences between paid and non-paid plans and what changes need to be made there. The permissions can be really confusing. Also, it would really help if Notion could automatically clean up pages over time and assist with creating a hierarchy and structure, because things can get a bit messy after using it for a while. Additionally, the initial setup isn't very accessible. It requires some understanding of its structure and a bit of training, which is different from other tools we've used.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for to-do lists and tracking projects. It solves prioritization, tracking complex things, and deconstructs tasks into concrete steps, while facilitating team collaboration.

  ### 24. Powerful AI Integrations, But Setup Can Be Challenging

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the various AI integrations in Notion. It's really the selling point for me; if not for that, I would just use Obsidian. With Notion, I can use AI in the way I want, for instance, using Claude to do some research and then having it put the research into Notion for me to review later. It makes reviewing the content convenient, as I can just have an inbox in Notion where I ask it to write some research and put it there. Then I can categorize it later after reviewing and making decisions, or even work with it interactively on the same document to update the content, which is really useful. Additionally, once things have spread to a certain point, Notion's AI is extremely helpful for reorganizing. It's excellent for someone who is technology native and comfortable with a subscription, offering native AI features that enhance its utility.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I dislike that I feel I need both a Notion subscription and a Claude subscription. Maybe it’s in my head, but Claude is a better chatbot than Notion AI. But Notion AIs integration with Notion is super invaluable for me. So I pay for both. But I wish I could fully replace Claude with Notion. I say that, but I also subscribe to Claude for access to Claude Code. And I assume Notion is never going to compete in the coding agent space.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for personal and semi-professional organization. The AI integrations let me use tools like Claude for research and seamlessly store it in Notion for review and interactive updates. I often use Claude to do deep research, Notion AI to turn that into an analysis spec for a project I’m working on, then move that somewhere Claude Code can access it to implement the idea.

  ### 25. Versatile but Needs More Automation for Project Management

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elysia A. | Public Relations/Development Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion as a team wiki and project management tool. I like having a single place to collaborate and see assigned work. I find Notion versatile, as it can do a lot of things. I appreciate having different teamspaces that members can create to collaborate, and the permissions are decent and easy to understand to make sure only the people that need to see it can.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I wish Notion had more out of the box automations for using it as a project management tool. Being able to auto-adjust dates, flexibility of deleting tasks and adjusting dates. Auto-completing projects/tasks when all children are completed. It would be nice if notifications were always sent to your inbox. I also feel there's a need for an integrated or built-in proofing tool. The limitations on document storage and attachments can be a bit of a drawback. Additionally, the initial setup was difficult for me and my team.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion provides a single place to collaborate and see assigned work, making team coordination easier.

  ### 26. Useful features but high learning curve

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angie Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Helpful for tasks related to project management, knowledge documentation, and other provenance needs/requirements. I do feel like we still haven't really tapped into its full project management capacity because of the learning curve with some features/team culture. But it can be really helpful with outlining and managing project timelines and tasks for different members with some kanban like features. I do like the ability to customize access per page for specific individuals because sometimes external members join our core project team and need access to only a certain set of documents. I also appreciate the templates/ability to templatize resources we create on Notion so we can reuse material from the past and not start from scratch.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The learning curve, e.g., some of the UI still feels wonky and overly complex and this gets frustrating to work through. Honestly when that happens, I just go back to using G-Suite with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, organized into folders.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides a central point for project team creation and access of knowledge documentation and provenance.

  ### 27. Great Wiki Experience and Perfect for a Knowledge Base

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

As a wiki it is budget friendly for an individual and large audiences. It is simple to use and blocks are intuitive to create content.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I find it can be hard to create a wiki and have someone take over it's maintenance, unless they have experience with Notion.
A creator needs experience and exposure to really utilise the tool.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a poor knowledge base solution that had no enterprise search features. All other solutions with enterprise search were expensive but Notion has provided a knowledge base solution as a wiki for a wide audience at a financially viable price.

  ### 28. Great content manager; terrible project management tool

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison C. | Marketing Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

The platform is nice visually and boards/pages/databases are easy to customize. I also like that you can take the same database of data and put it into multiple different views so easily.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Notion lacks basic project management functionalities, including templated projects and easily duplicating projects or tasks without linking the parent project. It would also be nice to further customize "my tasks" or "my work" so that it's only showing specific parts of projects, as well as feed multiple data bases into this view. Similarly, when trying to build a board that showed tasks in progress/to-do for each day, if the task had a duration of more than 2 days, it only showed the start and end date (and none of the dates in-between), making the list misleading and inaccurate. Notion also does not have a true automation system that allows simple triggers like "date in the past" to trigger a status change. Lastly, building out a project management system in Notion is not super user-friendly, and can be difficult for anyone not intimately familiar with the platform to troubleshoot. This also is not helped by a lack of quick, easy-access customer support.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to track every task involved with our marketing creative and to manage our social calendars. It also allows us to visualize what the department is working on overall.

  ### 29. Helpful for Project Tracking, Needs Better AI

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Al L. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I think the biggest piece is that Notion integrates with Claude. We use Claude for everything, so having it integrate directly with Notion makes it very easy to use. Claude helps with creating pages quickly and efficiently, which would otherwise be time-consuming.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Notion AI, I think, is fairly limited with what it can do. And then also, I feel like it often does not understand the goal or has enough context of what we're trying to do. Notion's AI tools is fairly weak. The product not good area for Notion. Setting it up directly was not easy. I think that's the biggest challenge from getting up and running on Notion is figuring out, you know, what your best structures, formats, are gonna be as tough.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps us stay organized and be a source of truth, making it easy to find everything in one place for our small team that's working independently.

  ### 30. Powerful and Customisable, but a Steep Learning Curve and AI Limits

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

It is super customisable and has infinite options to make your workspace organised and efficient. It can intergrate with apps we use like google, which is helpful and the AI tool is great to ask questions. It is fast and I love that it has an app too.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

It feels overly complicated, like I'm building a website with HTML code. It is not very intuitive, it feels like a lot to learn. The ai was helpful to learn how to build pages but then it ran out of responses and the next tier up was too expensive.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

taking ai minutes and organising my client to do lists

  ### 31. Versatile Tool with AI Benefits, But Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like using Notion for automating updates to the knowledge base, which ensures consistency across it. I find Notion valuable for monitoring project requirements and deadlines. I appreciate the AI Agents, as they can perform audits and updates that would otherwise take dozens of manual hours. I use the AI agents to draft developer stories and to reflect product updates to our knowledge base. The AI agent is capable of producing content and finding appropriate areas within the knowledge base to publish it.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I don't like the transparency of the platform. Nowhere does the platform communicate that the AI chat searches are only saved for 30 days, which caused me to lose tons of valuable data due to this data retention limitation that was never communicated to the client. Also, you have to configure the AI chat considerably to get quality output and responses. The default AI is actually quite terrible and repeatedly produced incorrect content until I configured the AI chat. The initial setup was quite difficult, with a lot of customization required and no setup agent to walk you through it to get the system to work the way you need it.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to automate updates to the knowledge base, ensure consistency, and monitor project requirements. The AI agents save manual hours by drafting and updating content efficiently.

  ### 32. Great for Ease-of-Use & Keyworded Knowledge Bases; Not Great for Customization

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Romy C. | Trust & Safety Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like that Notion simplifies article UI, it makes it easier to create new articles and there's a smaller learning curve for new users. I particularly like Notion's dark mode, the various font colours are very pleasing to the eye.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Personally, I prefer customization over ease-of-use, so while Notion is easy to use, it's very limiting when it comes to customization, there's just a hard wall of "you can't do this".

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Notion for our internal knowledge base for all teams and various other types of documentation that we want to make globally available internally. Notion's performance in this role is very satisfactory, as it's easy to find articles as long as you have the correct keywords.

  ### 33. Versatile Tool for Literary and Professional Projects

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the wide range of options that Notion gives me to catalog my notes, data, and link them together. This really allows me to find various well-cataloged items efficiently. I value Notion's ability to help me organize my notes and handle a large amount of data in my literary projects. Additionally, I also like the transcription options that are ergonomic and extremely important to me. By cataloging everything, I can create a very broad inventory that I can quickly access when I need ideas to write or organize my professional and academic activities.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think our minimums could be allowed in a way that doesn't consume credits, there is a very large discrepancy between the amount of credits used and the fact that I use automations. I understand that we spend credits, but there could be a way to use the agent for small uses without being so costly. I always think it would be feasible to have more text formatting options. I understand that it's not Notion's focus, but it would be very useful. Nowadays, I use some workarounds to create an interesting layout for creative projects. Transforming Notion through workarounds is a big task. Some things in terms of text formatting and overlapping elements, like post-its on a dual screen, which other applications allow, Notion does not have, and this would be very useful for a good workflow.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps me organize my notes and handle a large amount of data for literary projects. It also assists in transcribing audio from work meetings, making it easier to create minutes and other documents.

  ### 34. Snappy and Flexible Note-Taking, but AI Features Feel Overemphasized

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like that I can dive deep when I need to, or just jot down a quick note. I haven't really experimented with integrations but it's helpful to know they are there if I ever need them. The app is pretty snappy. The pricing is okay, and the onboarding experience is solid. I'm not a big fan of the ai features though, as I don't have much need for them

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I don't have a need for the AI features and wish they weren't pushed so hard

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps me keep track of my massive to-do list and keep organized notes, which helps my business run.

  ### 35. Customizable Yet Complex; A Mixed Bag for Serious Presentation

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel R. | Brand Ambassador | Creative Lead | Scriptwriter | UGC Video Editor/Producer & AI Video Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I do like the features in Notion, especially the way I can organize things, and it looks a lot better than Google Docs and Google Drive when presenting. I feel like people just take me more seriously with Notion. I like the ability to really customize things because Google Drive feels a bit plain to me. I enjoy being able to right-click and see so many options available. Although some features might be overwhelming, I appreciate that they're there, even if I don't fully understand half of them. The ease of use and the ability to toggle, change, and link things to a board make it pretty useful. I also like the shareability, and it looks nice, seeming like a step up from Google Drive. There was just a little learning curve, but nothing crazy.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I feel like I heavily underutilized a lot of the features because I don't want to watch twenty hours of tutorials to figure out how to make everything look like an amazing dashboard. Like, some of it's a little overwhelming, but I like that it's there even though I don't understand half of it. Also, I would like some suggestions, maybe something that's a little bit more helpful, like hand-holdy, I guess.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like how Notion helps me organize things better than Google Docs and Google Drive when presenting. It makes my proposals look more professional, so people take me more seriously. The shareability and ease of use are also beneficial.

  ### 36. Versatile for Team Collaboration but Needs Better Usability

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gustavo B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I really like the ability in Notion to blend different contents on a single page. For example, I can create tables where each row becomes like a hidden page, which I find very convenient. This feature helps me drill down or up through the content as needed.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I've been using Notion for a short time and it's been a little difficult to adapt, especially in terms of finding what I need and understanding the structure. It feels more challenging compared to spaces in Confluence. I also think it's more clunky than what I'm used to, especially in creating tables and content. It's more challenging to start using Notion right away and finding the right things or different spaces feels more difficult than in Confluence.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for keeping track of internal documents and facilitating collaboration between teams internally.

  ### 37. Powerful Tables and Performance, but Notion’s UX Feels Frustrating and Hard to Use

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

so many options for tables. performance is good. i can see all workspaces with one click

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

i really don't like to use notion. but i have no other option. i've been using for 10 years but still it makes me crazy. when we think i am a ux designer, drives me crazy more. i can't make anything i want at my first try. i always need to click another button, got to another page or set a thing from a different place. LIKE ALWAYS. so so hard to use, i hate notion.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

collecting and planning. showing roadmap, to-do list etc.

  ### 38. Powerful Customization, But a Steep Onboarding Learning Curve

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel J. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the extent to which formats and layouts can be customized for different use domains

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The power of Notion is it's flexibility, but that made onboarding a challenge due to the learning curve involved in learning

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve gotten the most use out of creating and formatting different to-do templates for myself and my partner. It makes collaborating much easier.

  ### 39. Great Performance and CLI Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

- I like keyboard navigation
- I love that there is a CLI so I can do any integration I want
- performance is good (and very good when compared to competitors)

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I consider myself a pretty basic user so I don't use much past taking notes and linking pages. I never properly onboarded myself so I don't really think of all the ways I could be using it.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gets out of my way when I need to find some info -- or I can have an agent look up info for me.

  ### 40. Centralized Info, But Loose Templates Make Details Hard to Find and Maintain

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Micaela B. | Events Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like that information can be centralized in one place. What I don’t love is that it can be hard to find certain details, since it feels more like a notebook style setup rather than having a clear home dashboard. I also find it difficult to update things and keep everything up to date because the template is pretty loose, and I think it would be helpful to have reminders.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I dislike that the templates feel kind of loose, and I have to come up with my own way to store information.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the issue of storing information and processes.

  ### 41. Potential, But Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manon D. | Published author, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like that Notion has AI integrated, and I've seen a few people using it to write and keep track of their books. They're more advanced than I am, but it's amazing to see how they use Notion for these purposes.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

It's challenging to open a brand new project and organize projects underneath it in Notion. Bringing in projects from different levels or merging different accounts when you have multiple ones for work, personal, etc., isn't straightforward. Learning how to use every aspect of Notion seems big and requires connections that I am less capable of doing alone. I'm looking for videos to help me get up to speed but haven't found them yet.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I want Notion to track my book series, including characters and locations. It would help create a campaign and calendar to manage my projects better.

  ### 42. Great for Organized Notes, but the UI/UX Style Isn’t for Everyone

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Notion is good for taking notes, and it also helps me keep my notes and files organized in one place.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The user interface and overall UX style aren’t really my first choice.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep my notes and files organized, and it takes some of the overhead load off.

  ### 43. Versatile but Overwhelming for Beginners

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** liu x. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like how Notion is organized around a database, which suits my computer science background and makes it easy for me to understand. I enjoy the ability to view the same data from different parts like templates or views, and even link it from different pieces of data. This feature is not only interesting but also useful for keeping track of connections between different ideas. I also appreciate the way Notion allows me to store notes and access them later in an organized manner. Additionally, using AI-generated templates was interesting at first because it felt fun to give a command and have something built for me.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I don't really find the AI features in Notion useful. The AI-generated templates initially felt fun and interesting, but from a long-term perspective, they don't seem necessary since most of my tracking systems and database organization remain consistent over time. I might need to make minor edits, but I don't need a fully powered AI to generate new templates constantly. Now, as for setting up Notion, I think it was difficult for me to figure out how to use the tool to improve my workflow. I was kinda faced with a blank canvas, which was a bit overwhelming. There are so many templates available, and while they look great, it requires a lot of effort to figure out what I actually need. There's a big gap between my workflow issues and making it into something usable in Notion.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to manage my daily routine and reduce information overwhelm, giving me a consistent view of ongoing projects and commitments while tracking timelines and frequencies.

  ### 44. A popular note taking app, but it's not for me. Too much complexity, too many bells and whistles

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin T. | Graphic Web Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Notion lets you customize how you use it You can have page with checklists, toggle list (expand/collapse), clean interface on desktop version, tables, filters. It does basically ecerything. And it syncs across your devices.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Document opening times are slow, like there's a 1-2 second wait time. - afrer recent update, the android version got a faceliht that includes a recent items carousel which i don't care for at all.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clearing mental clutter, organizing ideas and tasks

  ### 45. Room for improvement in editing/formatting, especially tables

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like that Notion provides an easy-to-access, centralized place for information, which is compatible with tools like Claude. It's easy to understand, and the AI tools for editing are solid.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Formatting and editing tools, especially when it comes to tables. Sometimes I can't do things like add rows without using the AI chat tool to do it for me. It should be easier to edit using a formatting feature. Tables should have way more options, like adding a row in the middle of the table, not just at the end.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Notion provides an easy-to-access, centralized place for information. It's very compatible with tools like Claude. I like that it's easy to understand and that the AI tools to edit are solid.

  ### 46. Good for Documentation, But Formatting Has Shortcomings

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I find that Notion serves as a single repository to store all internal and some external documentation. Setting up my own team pages was quite easy, and I guess the search feature is also easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I find formatting outside of basic notes and documents very hard to do nicely. I also find the placeholder for pages very confusing with options like simple link, own pages, etc. Adding images, making a page look pretty - is difficult. Only have 3 columns is difficult. Not being able to add much in to a table cell is annoying.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to store all my documentation in one place, which helps with organization. The search feature is handy. However, formatting beyond basic notes is difficult.

  ### 47. A Powerful Tool That Can Easily Derail Real Productivity

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanina I. | Chief Мarketing Оfficer (CMO), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Notion is like a swiss army knife - in theory, one of the most powerful productivity tools available on the market. The platform can be very useful but takes forever to customize and set up properly. There are a lot of free templates available.

The UI is aesthetic and minimal, and feels good to use it.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Because of it's complexity, Notion is the best way to waste 6 months pretending to be productive instead of doing actual work.

The learning curve is steep and sometimes frustrating.

Collaboration functionalities like real-time editing, suggesting, version control, etc. leave a lot to be desired.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using Notion as a knowledge base and a task management system. It can be great if you put in weeks of customizaiton and setup but out of the box, the platform is not great.

  ### 48. Review of Notion by new employee

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

it has a nice editor, I could make tabs and tables very easily. Creating new page is intuitive and I can save bookmarks in the side bar in organized folder. It saves me from having everything in browser bookmarks I guess.

I don't care about AI, so the fact I can dismiss it easily is helpful. I have no idea about the price as it is paid by my enterprise.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

There is no way to make a page "not editable". A lot of the time I am browsing pages that I only have to read, and if I click anywhere, I risk editing something I am not supposed to.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get a lot of documentation from my colleagues.

  ### 49. Organizational Powerhouse with Pricey AI

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gavin L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion to manage my personal training business, and it's great for keeping all of my client information organized through athlete profiles. I like using the AI assistant because it helps me transcribe and update profiles easily as we go, saving me a lot of time. The format of Notion lets me sort everything nicely, and I appreciate how it keeps things organized with tabs and subfolders, allowing me to handle a lot of information smoothly. The AI writing assistant is particularly impressive; it automatically fills in information as I speak, so I don’t have to type everything out myself. It edits everything as I want, which makes my work quicker and less demanding.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I don't like that it's $40 a month just to use the AI in Notion. It almost makes you consider other options because it's quite expensive. Other than that, there isn't much I dislike; it's a pretty good program. Also, the formatting is a little more challenging for me. Like, how things open new tabs isn't the most user-friendly right out of the gate. Sometimes you're trying to do it yourself, and then you end up opening blank pages, and it's like, what happened? Where did I go?

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to organize and store client information in a personalized way, making management more efficient. The AI assistant speeds up tasks by auto-filling information and editing content, saving me time on typing and organizing data.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion to get things done and be productive. I appreciate its help with organization and keeping track of tasks. It's pretty easy to use software. The AI functionality is particularly helpful as it assists me in resolving issues I might encounter and helps navigate the learning curve of Notion. I value the AI and database features because they keep track of my tasks, essentially acting like a spreadsheet, and I can use the AI to access different views or other options.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I'm not sure. I felt like something was missing.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for productivity and getting things done, organizing and keeping track of tasks. The AI helps with the learning curve and figuring out issues.
